I know your workouts are often labeled "senior" or "beginner" but there are many of us out here over 40 who just don't want to do that high impact wear and tear on our joints and spine. Workouts like this are useful and should be promoted for anyone looking to stay active and mobile. Thank you!
Could you please add more resistance band/tube videos. They work so well for toning and building strength without aggravating the joints and arthritis. I have found them to be so helpful. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into your videos. I workout to them almost daily.

I'm only 43 but have bad knees and lower back issues but have been loosing weight and want to get stronger but with out too much heavy lifting ecd this is great 👍

Great short work-out, but my flexi- broke:(. I could use it for some of the moves, and I improvised with water bottles for others. I'm definitely thinking of getting the bands with handles. The flexibands don't last very long. Thanks for all you do for us.

Omg it’s a really sweaty workout for me 💦 I was using the circle shape of a resistance band and with my barefoot… there’s a little bit of pain on my skin when the band tightens up 😅 seems that I need to wear my shoes when I do this next time 😂
Traveling today. Brought my travel mat and resistance band. I thought our hotel room would have more floor space but no. Ended up doing this in our bathroom on my iPad in front of the double vanity. 😂. Done!

After researching I'm not finding any exercises to avoid with scoliosis. Pilates is great for it. I have some pilates based workouts that also use the band. You can find all my band workouts in the "resistance band" playlist.
Hi Lauren I went to a different urgent care this evening after going to urgent care Tuesday night and the X ray revealed hip Osteoarthritis and since I am still having spasms when standing and walking I went to the second Urgent Care for a second opinion and was told to only do static stretching for the next couple days. Do you have any workouts that would fall into this category please thank you.
