      @@komal1819 dude she literally said it was ≈50 cal which seems true from my knowledge. She also said they were good for fiber and antioxidants, it’s not so you can eat less than 300 calories a day it’s so you don’t feel awful and get nutrients.

      Make some sprouts or almost all supermarkets sell it, cut cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and mix both. Add some nuts like seasme seeds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds or watermelon seeds as per availability. Add 1tbs olive oil or coconut oil or mayonnaise.Sprinkle little pepper powder n black salt. Mix well n have it.

      Not a food (of course) but most low calorie food lists include because it reduces food cravings. It's a trick, you are chewing & your body assumes it's being fed. I will take a cough drop to ease sugar cravings. Whatever works.
