- Hello friends! Today I want to show you a recipe that helped me lose weight easily and without dieting! I ate this salad every day for dinner and lost 5 kg in 1 week!!! This is a very tasty and simple dish, it contains a huge amount of useful vitamins! It's also high in fiber! Eating healthy keeps you full for the whole day! cabbage.
I use a large vegetable peeler.
cut into small pieces.
Salt.
2 carrots.
I also use a special grater.
Cucumber.
Apple.
make salad dressing.
Yoghurt 75 grams.
2 tablespoons mustard.
honey 1 spoon.
lemon juice.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix.
2 recipe. 📌06:12
Chinese cabbage.
Salt.
Cucumber.
Chives.
Chicken eggs 6 pcs.
Boil 10 minutes.
olive oil 2 tablespoons.
Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons.
Mustard.
Salt.
This salad is suitable for a healthy diet!
Eat it every day for dinner and you will lose weight fast!

I do get the title is just a thing that all are saying, however I have been making this slaw many times throughout the summer and love it. It's a great option for something without mayonnaise and it takes me about 10 minutes because I buy pre shredded cabbage and carrots. Just cut the cucumbers and apple. Awesome. Thanks.

I make that dressing often (Dijon mustard, olive oil and 100% maple syrup) BUT I don't use yogurt. That just took the creaminess and health factor up another notch!! Can't wait to try this!!

Yogurt is a great substitute for any recipe that use mayo. Try it. Just balance the sourness with honey.

Did a quick calorie check and the first is around 740 total and the 2nd is around 674 total, roughly depending on the dressing ingredients.

You can definitely get soya milk yoghurt. The main one in the uk is Alpro. I think they're available in the us.

Healthy oil in our diet is important for a healthy immune system, I would actually double the olive oil, or add a 1/2 avocado
Your cells can not develop in a healthy cells with healthy fats. That’s olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, flax seed oil, fish oil, cod liver oil.
As far as yogurt there are lots of vegan choices, but the one our body does well on is goat yogurt.
But I am only speaking for health nutrition, not weight loss nutrition
