Made this last weekend and we loved it! The bread is soo delicious, moist and flavorful. Went to buy the nutmeg and all the spices and you are right on-totally makes a difference! The tahini icing was oh so sweet and perfect. I give it a 10 out of 10 :)

Whenever I see a notification of "Rainbow Plant Life uploaded..." I "run" to open youtube, and I'm never disappointed. You're hands down my favorite vegan blogger, thanks for your recipes and good humor, both of which have made my journey in plant-based cooking a lot easier and more enjoyable.
Awww 😍That's so nice to hear, Setareh! So happy to hear you enjoy my videos and recipes so much and they've made the journey into vegan cooking enjoyable!
I made this for Thanksgiving, and everyone loved it! It was so moist & flavorful, I couldn’t believe I made it! The spices & fresh nutmeg make a difference...I will surely make this again. Thank you for all your great recipes! 🙂🙏🏼✨🌈
Thanks for including the homemade pumpkin puree instructions, it's been hard to get canned pumpkin in my local stores. We'll be making this tomorrow with the sugar pumpkins we received last week.

This is so delicious and easy! I had some leftover pumpkin, and did the recipe as written, but added sourdough starter instead of baking powder and flour. It came out fluffy, moist and delicious. And the icing is very special and just what adds the final touch! Soooo Goooood! Thanks
hey joy we uploaded our first vegan recipe video. The recipe only requires 2 ingredients. It would mean a lot if you stopped by and let us know what you think. Lots of love Anna and Raoul
You are just lovely and your recipes are delicious. My husband and I (and kids) are new vegans. We are eating whole food, plant -based, no oil so when we "cheat" I run over to your website. It is always a treat!
hi sarah we uploaded our first vegan recipe video. The recipe only requires 2 ingredients. It would mean a lot if you stopped by and let us know what you think. Lots of love Anna and Raoul
Hey Nisha! I came across your channel recently as I’ve started to see the benefit of eliminating meat and dairy from my diet. I started having lethargy after eating and found I was really suffering from the symptoms of inclination. My joints- especially in my hands- we’re very achy and stiff. I was also having a lot of stomach and digestive issues. A coworker had converted to being vegan a few years ago after having similar symptoms and couldn’t express enough how cutting meat and fairly changed his life. All the inflammation went away almost instantly, as did his digestive issues, and he dropped almost 30 pounds without any other changes in the next few months. I have to admit- after cutting all dairy and meat for a few weeks I feel like a new person!! I’m more energetic and happy feeling and best of all, the inflammation and joint pain has disappeared along with any digestive and stomach issues. As a side note, meat and dairy is also becoming very expensive. I find that the food I’m eating now is much higher in quality but overall ends up costing less. Thanks for making these videos- they really help making the transition easier when you have a good source of quality delicious recipes at hand!!
Hi Andrew, I'm so happy you're on a plant based journey and enjoying it! I too felt so great after cutting out meat and dairy - more energy, way fewer digestive issues, migraines disappeared, and felt overall happier! I'm flattered my videos are helping make the transition easy and enjoyable :) thanks for letting me know!
The best recopies I have seen in internet! It makes so easy to go plant based....really testy food, and simple to prepare. Also great tips....and so entreating and fun to watch!
This is one of the positive things about COVID- I watched more you tube and came across your vlog!!! I absolutely love everything that I have made of yours- thanks so much for sharing your recipes and love your persona!!

This looks delicious and I love pumpkin stuff. I've been having pumpkin pie for my 'birthday cake' for over 50 years, that's how much I love pumpkin stuff.
Originally I purchased an instant pot. I needed a cookbook for it and love indian food, so purchased your cookbook. You have changed my life! I have become vegan with your help! You recipes are all delicious! Thank you! Now I’m trying to put together a stainless steel indian spice box together. Do you have a video about that and what ( and where) to purchase the best spices? Thx
Hi Debbi! I am so flattered to hear that my cookbook has changed your life and that you love my recipes 🙏 I have been thinking about doing a video on spices so thank you for the suggestion! If you have a local Indian grocery store, you can find every spice you need there. But my favorite brand of spices is Burlap and Barrel - all of their spices are single origin from various countries around the world, sustainably grown and equitably sourced. www.burlapandbarrel.com/
Made this today. It was moist and had a lot of flavour. I used grape seed oil instead of sunflower because that’s what I had on hand and it turned out great
That looks delicious! I make pumpkin pancakes with a similar ingredient list except I use molasses to give it a darker richer flavor. I love the idea of the tahini syrup combo!
Made this recipe today, and it worked wonderfully. The texture and structure are great, a proper cake. I don't miss the eggs at all. I think I'll use a simplified version of this recipe as a base for future vegan cakes, it's that good. This is indeed more of a pumpkin spice bread than a pumpkin bread, because the pumpkin is overpowered by the spices. Reminds me of the spice cakes we have in my home country. One could make a simplified version of this without the pumpkin, a spice cake. Perhaps even with a bit of orange zest.
As always another yummy vegan recipe. My bread came out fluffy, moist and full of fall flavor 😋. Thank you Nisha youve done it again. You are the best 👌
This looks delicious 😍 been looking for a pumpkin bread recipe with “real” pumpkin spice, like you said - not only cinnamon haha, so this is great! Love from Germany
Cant wait to make this again this year. I made this last year and it was a huge hit. I still have friends hitting me up a year later telling me how much they miss that pumpkin bread lol
i get so excited whenever I see you uploaded a new video :) This looks delicious!! Hope you're staying safe, healthy, and warm Nisha! Every time I made pumpkin bread, it comes out so dense. I can't wait to use your tips and make this!
Just wanted to say your videos always look so well edited! Not sure if it's just the camera and lighting or some color grading but amazing job! Hopefully I can get my videos to this level once I start uploading again. : )
When it comes to measuring in cups with flours or sugars you should be spooning the ingredients into the cups not dipping into the container because it makes the end product too dense
@@natalieeubank4533 Yes, and after spooning the flour in to the cup, level across the top with a knife...no rounded mound of flour on the top. Otherwise this also makes too much flour. I was hoping for less effort than roasting a sugar pumpkin but maybe I’ll be recharged by Thanksgiving (I just came off of a weekend of making non vegan freezer meals for the boys so I can focus on just vegan meals for myself, so I’m tired of cooking). I’m going for the pumpkin loaf..maybe more Libby’s will be stocked on Monday🤞 and I’ll definitely follow your tip Yolanda (even tho it’s a little greedy..heehee).
OMG, I'm on a pantry challenge this month (to eat as much as possible from my pantry without buying more food except to complete a recipe) - and I have had this tin of pumpkin puree for *AGES* that I haven't known how to use! I'm in the UK and I'm not a good cook, to be honest, although I think that might change because there is so much incredible vegan food out there to learn about! Thank you for another great video. OMG I haven't like that since I was a kid. I love it. There something more gratifying in using a hand mixer, the kitchen aid can't compare.
I made this last weekend and it was SO good (with homemade pumpkin puree - couldn't find the canned one here in Austria :D) !! Thank you so much for sharing such great recipes and explaining everything so well. :)

Great videos, it should be known the reason for doing measurements in grams is that things like flour, sugar, etc can be packed in tight in one cup or loose both being “one cup” but one having way more (based on weight) also doing by weight can mean less things to clean up later ;)

Seems to me that it is breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, dessert, and midnight snack
Oh wow, you mentioned making the pumpkin puree yourself, and then offered to show us how such a seemless transition
Stephen Pace happy you enjoyed the transition! And yes I think pumpkin bread qualifies as all of those things :)
