My name is Judy I had gastric bypass surgery 12 years ago. I recently found out I have arthritis in my hands ,arms and neck. The pain is terrible. I have inflammation bad. What can I take for pain that will help the pain. I have taken an anti inflammatory pill 200 to 400ml Tylenol s does nothing It takes a long time to see a specialist .Thanku
