While my Tiny is being built I wanted to support Greg and Cassie to sell this premium build from the recent expo in Brisbane Cleveland. So much heart and passion to build top quality tiny houses.

This design came about from us living tiny for the past 5 years and learnt a tiny couch at the front door with no tv and nowhere for friend and family to sit when visiting was not liveable for us long term

Absolutely beautiful home but I can’t help thinking that the deck needs to fully abut the house, not be so far away from it.
Nicest tiny (big) home I've seen yet in the past 5 yrs. Expensive, but, has all the "wanna haves" in it. 💚

Now that’s a balcony! 😉 That turned out great! Seriously one of the best layouts for a tiny I’ve seen. However no toilet is weird. I noticed that in the previous video and thought maybe it was hidden under the sink, and can be pulled out when needed. That would be awesome! (Seen that before) Also might flip-flop the layout a bit, so the extra room was on the other side. Make a side sliding door to have access to the bathroom and rest of the house without going outside. Keep the balcony on that side still, but add a spiral staircase for easy access between the levels. This is giving me great ideas! Wish this was in the states at the tiny house expo this coming weekend. 🤗

toilet goes between the vanity and the shower.
with so many to choose from we leave that up the to customer to select
the extra room was done for a customer as an office that they wanted separate from the house but the door with access for the bathroom is possible
Love love love this tiny. Because i have no use for that many bedrooms and i prefer side by side or stackable washer & dryer i turn the downstairs bedroom into a laundry room and move the back door to the laundery room. Love the back door.

There is plenty of room to sleep on the seating area as long as it has netting. I always love a cat walk. I would love a home like this.
Beautiful but too big for me . 😂😂😂😂 The deck and balcony is gorgeous. Love all of the light from the windows. I really like the decor!!!! The back door is fantastic!!

Love this home design, I would have both bedrooms upstairs and the living room downstairs. but the possibilities are nice. I love the standup loft.
Please put wording that explains what is not obvious!! For example **Toilet not pictured but is included** 😂 This will eliminate confusion from the start. Beautiful home!!

Nicest "tiny" house design I've seen so far. The only thing I didn't care for was the spare/guest bedroom on the lower deck. Whoever sleeps in there will have a hard time if they need to use the toilet during the night. Unless you leave the door unlocked which isn't great for safety reasons. The only option would be to give that person a key to unlock the door so they can get into the main house & bathroom. So it's not very practical in that sense. I would convert that room into a home office, a large dining room, or "playroom" since the kids' bedroom is pretty small & doesn't have much space for toys, books, etc.

The price is insane, there is a sucker born every minute. Thing is that suckers with this kind of money are not dumb.
The cost of housing in Australia is insane. I paid nearly 200K for an old 3 bed, 2 bath house in a small 'city' 20 years ago. 2 years ago it was apparently sold for $460K.
It was difficult for me to fully appreciate because the camera movements were whipping around so quickly, it was making me motion sick. But I’m sure it’s a great tiny home🎉

Love this tiny house! Is the AC reverse cycle? I'm assuming that the higher cost includes the installed appliances and TV's??
I would assume reverse cycle if it's climatic in different areas in the house. Would have to confirm with Greg the builder. Costs are listed in the description, I think does include installed appliances like TVs
This Tiny house is absolutely gorgeous I love both levels but I have a question about the bedroom out by the deck, are you not able to access it without going outside 🤔
The bedroom out on the deck is not accessible from the main Tiny house because it is on a separate trailer if that makes sense

If you could focus your camera, not sway around so fast, it would be much easier to appreciate the house!

we switch out things like the front door and will save u 5k alone , glass splashbacks @ 3k , u wont get a 2.5k dishwasher , 15k smart ducted ac, 1k shower head , fancy bench tops , $800 pendant light , stone sinks ect ect

Great house til you get to the kitchen. Work goes from fridge to sink to stove or oven . Never put an appliance making things cold next ti an appliance getting hot

Nice house but not to smart to have a big gap between house and decks, that is a broken leg waiting to happen, especially if one is having cocktails.
This is just how the trailers were set up when I visited the builder recently. This can be adjusted with no gaps if that helps. Yes cocktails would be epic on sunset!

There is actually no toilet, that's something the owner would need to sort out themselves. For my model I have purchased a Green Loo (composting toilet)

Look half arsed built without planing to fit everything in good fitting but no graphic design built by a builder not an architect. Interesting to see his next design though.
If it’s fully ducted,why do you need the leaver areas? Why are they necessary?

This house is really nice and roomy.
My concern is that the decks are about 3 to 4 inches away from the house and what if you walk out forgetting about the gap between the house and the deck?
When the trailers are set up properly there is no gap. This is just how Greg the builder had it set up on their property when I visited recently. Hope that makes sense ☺️

You didn't show the throne/toilet is it hid inside the wall?
There was no toilet, the builder wanted to leave it till the new owner decided on what toilet they wanted. House is now sold!
It makes more sense to keep the bathroom next to the kitchen, so all the plumbing is in one area, no?
My builder sent me pics of the plumbing recently and it's all looking pretty good, hard work for the number to set up the pipes underneath but it's all good!

Starts at AU$165, 000. Very hard to find a two bedroom apartment in Australia for that - have to go somewhere rural and remote.

Thought it was just me😑 completely skipped how he got to the second floor.
Many wonderful features; but some serious shortcomings: no toilet, no dishwasher, no laundry, needs more storage, little privacy from the outside- like living in a fishbowl.

more storage .... im looking at this with full size bedroom wardrobes and kitchen bigger then most 2 bed units!! this has huge amounts of space, including the storage under the lounge step !!
