What's the purpose of the baking soda? Adjust the Ph of the skin so it dries faster? Seems like washing it with vinegar soon after would defeat the purpose.
I think it's baking soda. And I think they leave it on for a few minutes (to tenderize the skin) before adding the vinegar, because the vinegar neutralizes it. (But it's very important to neutralize it, because the baking soda tastes like crap if you don't get rid of all of it, trust me) :)
Everything looks delicious except the scrambled eggs was undercooked a bit. And what was that in the pink cooler...brains? A definite pass on that... everything else looked fabulous.
