Simple to make (except the bacon - how do you do that?) and sounds amazing.

How do you get a 500 deg oven? Lol
Set the temp to 500f My home oven goes to 550f. Celsius is 260.
Too much work just to dress up the bacon. Forget the rest and just give me the bacon! 😁

It's close, but pide has yeast in the dough which makes it fluffier. This dough has no yeast in it.
