So I'm celiac and am excited to go to Disney for my honeymoon in a couple of months but have been super concerned about the food. I watched a bunch of videos which were so so and then came to yours. BY FAR the best video. Absolutely loved it! I took notes and am now SO excited and SO confident about having an easy vacation when it comes to food! Can't wait for the CHURROS! Great job! Keep it up!!!
All the starchy vegetables are allowed ? And can you eat potato ? How about rice is there a rice that is gluten free that you usually prefer ? Hope you let me know.
Hi! Everything Autumn said was correct! All starchy vegetables are gf and celiac safe! With rice, I usually go for brown rice, black rice, sushi rice, or other white rices, but it gets complicated around things like couscous and farro, which do have gluten. When in doubt, ALWAYS check the ingredient list and google!
