MY FAVORITE GLUTEN FREE BREAD PRODUCTS AND BRANDS:
I LOVE Schar! You ca find all of these products on their website, but my personal favorites are the Artisanal White Bread, the Chocolate Stix, the Baguette, and the Ciabatta. I use the sandwich bread for EVERYTHING! It's my gluten-eating family's favorite gf bread as well.
I'm a fan of Feel Good Foods as well! The cauliflower pizza pocket bites are addictive, and the potstickers have been a favorite of mine for as long as I can remember.
In terms of pasta, my favorite brands are Barilla Plus (their gluten free dried pastas are amazing) and Le Veneziane.
MUSIC-
My intro and outro song (There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow), does not belong to me! It is property of the Walt Disney Company and I do not own the rights to it.
I have celiac and it can be really frustrating sometimes. I'm 13 and I was lucky to be diagnosed at 4 and I'm just like you because I'm the only one in my family that has celiac so I can feel a little lost at times. Thank you so much for making this video! ❤❤
Maizy - I learned a great deal about Celiac Disease from your wonderful, informative video. I look forward to your upcoming work! Thank you!
Thank you for watching!
Great job Maizy, very informative.
Thanks you so much for sharing! I was diagnosed with celiac 2 years ago and still struggle with symptoms. I have had digestive issues all my life with IBS and constipation. I think my healing is taking longer than some.
That can be common, especially when Celiac is "teaming up" with other conditions against your body. Keep in mind, I've been diagnosed for 10 years, and it took almost 7 years for all of the gluten to leave my blood, even after I started eating entirely gluten free. In a situation like this, the most important thing is to follow your doctor's recommendations.
Maizy Boosin Did you have an skin issues like Dermatitis herpatiformis?
I am 65 years old, and was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I broke my femur, and have a lumbar fracture and was also diagnosed with osteoporosis. So many foods I can't have now! 🥲
