I like "real time" much more than voice over! Feels much more personal! Love this page! I like seeing what ppl do, when it doesn't go quite as planned, helps me learn what to do....js
Your message is wonderful! I recall my son, at 15, was having a hard time. He was super depressed, so, I went in to his room and sat with him. I got around to ask him what he was dealing with that was so hard on him. He started naming things, acne, other kids liking him, finishing high school, etc. He was REALLY down and even mentioned suicide being an answer!
I began explaining to him that everything he had just mentioned was fixable, except the suicide. He would grown out of the acne, he would change friends over and over and he would be all done with school in just two years! Pretty much, all of those things were temporary, except suicide.
It worked! He rose above all of his problems at that time and blossomed, finishing school and going on to live his life. Sometimes, we have to look at the bad to see the good! He looks at both sides of things much more often nowadays!

Parenting is rough, especially with teenagers! I sometimes wish they'd come with a manual. Bless your heart, you handled that with so much love and attention. That's awesome
