I don't keep very well most if the time and im in pain often so alot of the time I think I've nothing to be grateful for, but just to be here and listen to someone else tell their story is just amazing. Soo true! I have found this to be true. I have also found that when i find something that makes me happy I pause and genuinely feel the happiness and joy in that moment and i smile, truly smile and i always feel lifted by that. I don't know why after 52 years of being on this earth that this became such a truth for me but now i look for reasons to have gratitude and to deeply smile and feel the joy in that moment. You are such an inspiration and guess what you make me smile! Joy to you!!!
