This controller brings the wattage up to 828 watts of power but I did a small shunt mod inside the controller. I simply added solder to the end of the shunts. Which should bring me to about 900-939 watts of power.. could possibly be higher ! Depends on the amount of solder you add to your shunt/shunts (2 of them) on this controller.

So for the throttle on my scooter, it has 2 reds and 2 blacks, 1 yellow and 1 green, I tried all nothing works. I ended up getting a new throttle
So I ordered the motor in your description and what I got was one that has the same performance .ensures but I don't see where the K is at on it. I'm afraid I eed to ask what is the K attached to or ifs function?

Dam 37 ? My top was 32mph with me on it using the 350w controller at the time
Are you using the 36v batt or a 48v
Normally higher speeds come from a higher rated voltage batt.
@@pjscootermods stock battery 36v. also i weigh 190lb. im using the 350w controller with the display and "simulated gears" programmed the display to match my gps speed. . slight shunt mod to improve acceleration. adding some better lights cause at 37mph the factory light is not sufficient. lol

What Is A Hall Sensor On An E-bike?

The back light does not require a resistor
Only a 12 V supply
The headlight requires 5 V with a resistor in parallel to keep from burning later on done the line. But if you like you can use a different rating resister 20ohm 15ohm . Be a little brighter, ! but no sir not during daylight.
You can hardly see car headlights during the day more or less a 5v light

Self study Wires correct your wheels rotation.. when you connect your self study Wires you should notice your back wheel spinning on its own. If it’s not spinning the right way will then disconnect The intelligent wires and reconnect them until your wheel spins the right way.. after that tap the thottle and your wheel should spin.. do you bms bypass, make sure your throttle wires are wired correctly. But if your wheel does not spin after connecting the intelligent wires within you have a bad controller on your hands.. and if the wheel does spin and you have no throttle then I would go with buying a aftermarket throttle from Amazon or if you have an extra one sitting around swap it out.. that’s been known to fix this issue
How come you put two wires on the bypass? Is that just to make sure if one comes off the other will still be there?

It could be a charging port connection..right on the scooter.
