Hi Beauties! I am so excited to share my tutorial on the Aqua Facial by W Skin. Think of this as your "at-home" Hydrafacial. For those of you that aren't familiar with Hydrafacial its a professional treatment that is done in spa or doctors office to cleanse, extract, & hydrate the skin. The Aqua Facial device works by using Hydradermabrasion technology to gently exfoliate, extract pores, and hydrate your skin. I'm really loving the results from this treatment. The device comes with 3 filters and a removal tool but after looking on the website the filters are no where to be found. I sent a email to customer support to inquire how to get more and they said they don't sell them! What kind of answer is that???? So how do you get more?

Hi there, I ordered the machine and some extra facial solution. However, I am missing parts and I didn't receive the product. I have reached out to the company and they have not responded to several of my emails. I am alarmed that this is a scam! I would like to know if anyone else is having issues. I have reached out to AMEX to dispute the charges.
I ordered one and just got it along with an extra solution. I received the facial device but no solution at all, not even the one that was included..
