In today's W Skin Hydrafacial Treatment for Acne-Prone Skin | Korean Skincare 2022 video, I run through the reasons why I love my hydro facial device, how I set it up, how I use it and then take a look at the contents under a microscope.

I have been following you for a while and I think you look amazing your skin has transformed and you look really young.
I've watched a video by a very popular UA-camr that's a dermatologist and I liked her message. We need to stop being so judgemental about other people's skin condition. So what if someone has acne, no need to point it out (like they don't already know 😒).
After escaping the teen years with no acne, I was horrified when I got adult acne 20 years later. I saw an ayurvedic practitioner who said the "heat" had to be drawn out. I think she was explaining that I had to cool down the inflammatory response. I don't know what was in the topical herb mixture she gave me, but it worked. I know you make your own gel masks. You might consider adding anti-inflammatory herb extracts like Chamomile, turmeric, etc. and keeping the mask in the fridge. A quartz mask also feels heavenly and cooling.

I feel you! I had the same problem when I was working at a make-up counter. No matter what I did it didn't work.
I have mid life acne. I control it with glycolic and salycilic acids, and an exfoliating washcloth. I am careful not to over do the exfoliation. I use a diy vitamin c serum and kojic acid soap for hyperpigmentation. Now that I am middle aged, acne is more likely to scar and leave hyperpigmentation, so I have to be extra careful.
I also use a colloidal silver gel or liquid on my face because silver kills acne bacteria. This has pretty much eradicated the remaining acne. I use Results RNA colloidal silver gel because it contains more silver than the competitors, and has extra skin soothing ingrediants. I get it off Amazon. It never irritates my skin like so many actives can do.
I also microneedle every month or two since I use a longer needle length on my scars. Skin needs time to recuperate after a deep needling. I just have to remember not to pick or squeeze at my skin, because at my age this can leave me with hyperpigmentation that I never got as a teenager.
In spite of my bad diet and lack of exercise, my husband says I have glowey skin!

Can you make a diy for this device solution??? I need a replacement for company solution
How is this different than those poor vacuums. I have one and I steam my face and then use it on my face. The only reason I don't like this one is the tip is hard and feels a bit abrasive to my face. Do you think this is any better? Also I noticed you don't steam your face ahead of time. Can the machine still extract without the pores being that open?

Can be use Aqua facial treatment on a very sensitive skin, highly irritable on friction?
Absolutely. I have sensitive skin too (along with rosacea and adult acne). The lowest suction level on this is very gentle, yet clears the pores and exfoliates nicely.

I am quite afraid to try it though, I tried these days an ultrasonic cleanser and even though it felt gentle, somehow I got red and irritated skin after using the device.
