For the Lifting I only use 5... RF with the red light 8, Ultra sounds 9... be careful with the lifting before you use on the face always check the intensity

Hello @Asefa make sure the draining valve at the back of the machine to drain is close tight & check the lid if it has rubber?

Depends, but usually facial takes about 45 minutes but when I do it less than 2 hours

I bough this same machine after watching you videos but it doesnt have directions. could you please tell me how to set it up? I cant even figure out where to put the little red hose lol. i understand how to use everything but NOT the hydrafacial part and that was what i bought it for., What products should i put in which glass containers? im so excited to use this but soooo confused!!!
Hello Virginia Coates I will make part two how to set up the machine .and I hope it helps you. I will do it step by step, however I do not have a red hose. Every hose can only go on a certain way. And I only put water in the containers as I do not want anything toxic in the hoses. For the lifting attachment only use number 5 intensity as the number 8 will produce tingling sensations on the skin and cause discomfort. For every attachment do not go over 5 minutes for every session.

Hello dirty water goes to the left side, two bottle its for clean water only one you can fill up . Once you want to empty the the dirty water you can find at the back, mine its silver color and i use bucket to catch the water and let it drip. it doesn't hae hose. I don't have manual too. if you have more question. you can ask me anytime .watch one of the video that i made how to sanitize, and to assemble

Hi, Society of Goodness. Drain the dirty water container. Put fresh water and then put your finger on top of the hydro facial hose head while the machine is on until all the water goes in the dirty water container. The vacuum action will suck the particles towards the dirty container. Then drain it from the back
Thank you darlin. I know how to operate it, the problem lies in that it won’t drain from cylinders. It’s clogged. When it was “new” there were little flakes of rust that came out of the drain. I do believe the machine was used. It did work for 9 uses. Now it’s completely backed up. No contact info for warranty or repair. I believe I’m screwed 😕 thank you for your response love. Any other tips are appreciated 🌸

It's at the back, unscrew it. If you turn it around, there is a knob on the bottom right side. The drain will always be on the lowest point.

@@alysssarae5855 Hello! I don’t take the canisters off mine because I’m scared I’ll break it. If you use the hydrafacial don’t use tap water (I use reverse osmosis). And to clean the machine I simply spray 70% isopropyl alcohol and wipe it. Hope this helps! (:
