Mike Batt's genius is displayed in writing this incredible song which should stir in all of us a reverence for mothers. This song reminds me so much of my own mother (who was a matriarch in her own time) and my mother-in-law. Our/my children have certainly been blessed with a mother and grandmothers who epitomize what Katie is singing about. I, my wife, and our children have truly been blessed.
