Kobe was the MJ of our era
Well said my man, well said
I agree, we have our generational talent. Back when I was a kid when I thought of basketball I thought of Kobe
Kobe was my inspiration in ballin 🙏🏼
2nd greatest of all time
@@yossimelamed9555 did a soul ask
Man Kobe was the definition of hard work paying off. That’s inspiration forever
Nah his definition is: not passing A single teammate and only getting 100 asist in his whole career
And you wonder why everyone hates you
@@adamdada6447 ur Literally just a hater of Kobe, do u even have friends? Does anyone even like u? R u just a kid who gets bullied at school? Or R u just someone who thinks they're cool by hating on someone who already died, or r u just jealous because no one would care I you die right now?
Btw this is not my acc, i'm using my cousin's phone, don't even try mentioning the pfp
Hard-working x Talented = Successful. No other way to describe Kobe.
@@adamdada6447 wdym kobe only getting 100 assist in his whole career? Kobe have 6,306 assists in his whole nba career.
You're great when your peers speak about you like this. Kobe was you favorite hooper's favorite hooper
Better than the most covered(phony East goat) athlete of all time Lebron
@@objectivelife7321 yeah stfu
@@objectivelife7321 You’re a straight clown lol. Appreciate greatness.
Bro we are here for Kobe just appreciate the video and take the hate somewhere else
Big Facts!
Kobe: Shaw, check the young fella for feathers.
😂😂😂😂😂😭😭❤️
🤣🤣
U JJ on bb VB all
Bruh😂😂
He died a long time ago get over it?
@@adamdada6447 Clearly u aint no bball fan, no one will ever get over it bruh
The fact that Steve Kerr can share stories about playing against Kobe is mind blowing...Rest easy Mamba
@YungGio ಠ_ಠ Obviously 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@tremain7056 Fax😂
he looks older than his actual age
it's not that crazy. Kerr didn't stop playing THAT long ago. that clip was from '96 and he played til '03
@@joshw604 That’s almost 20yrs ago, that’s a long time buddy lol
Dennis Rodman watching Kd outfit...
What? a true rival
He looks like little red riding hoods grandmother
chill
And they call that fashion smh
@@1987benhur theyll call it fashion if you wear drag with a cowboy hat on top
@@aryangupta9490 imma walk through an NBA tunnel naked. Lets see if they call that fashion
I think when this pandemic thing pass we will truly realize how we miss him. Carmelo is in tears in his heart, you can feel it in his speech.
You can literally see it in his eyes how much respect he had for Kobe, how much he meant to him
What?? Kobe is in the hellfire thats a fact.
@@straightcommentstodbones551 hahaha..😅😅😅😅
Please.....please.....nobody respond to @straight commenTs to d bones.....he's an obvious troll looking for a reaction....don't give it to him.
@@straightcommentstodbones551 judging the way are? You better be careful? Your gonna end up in that hella fire yourself
Anyone else remember having to go to work the day after Kobe's death and thinking how it really didn't matter? Work, I mean.
yeah it felt like i lost a best friend i was messed up for like 3 days
I almost called off. Couldn’t focus.
No I was working I couldn't believe it when a friend told me and all of the sudden kept getting notifications 😞😢
If you want to accept Jesus Christ as your lord and personal saviour please say this prayer
Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I
believe You died for my sins. Right now, I turn from my sins and open the door of my heart and life. I confess You as my personal Lord and Savior. IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME AMEN
I went to work the same day and I was devastated
I could hate Paul George for being a clipper but when he speaks of Kobe like that REspect
he grew up in Palmdale so its very likely he grew up as a big Kobe/Laker fan.
@@noob.168 he literally capped about being a Clipper fan his whole life tho🙄🙄
Kobes name will live on forever
“Check the young fella for feathers” 🤣 classic Bean
The most underrated , disrespected, knowledgeable, skilled, competitive athlete of all time. Its a shame it took him to sadly pass away for his RESPECT thats been overlooked, my goat coming from LA since the 98' all star game.
he is overrated if anything he is not underrated
Facts on facts
@Leland Joseph kobe was by far the most underrated great of all time. He was costantly in and out of the all time top 10 because people always said he was just another version of Jordan. Some people have him in top 10 most people didnt before his passing, between the top 10 list, no player has had more disrespect then kobe, he was constantly bashed for this or that.
@Leland Joseph - Kobe has made the most game-winning shots and has the highest 4th quarter scoring average in NBA history. He's also one of the best late-game free throw shooters in history. "Clutch" can be determined in many ways, you can't just look at field goal percentages to make your argument.
@Leland Joseph - Title "favorites" are only determined by betting odds and in no way signify which team is actually better. For instance, the Chiefs are the Super Bowl favorites, but if the Bucs win the game, does that mean Patrick Mahomes isn't clutch? No, it doesn't mean that. Pretty weak argument, my man.
Thank you ESPN for not putting that bs outro with Steph A’s voice and kill the whole vibe.
💯💯💯💯🤣🤣
thank god
this video makes me sad shit's crazy how he's gone and his daughter forever legends purple an gold forever
The greatest legend of my time. THE GLOAT (Greatest Laker Of All Time).
FOREVER LIVE ON KO8E! FROM NOW 2 4EVER!
💛💜💛💜💛💜💛💜💛💜💛💜💛💜
Mamba Out.
What about His daughter teammates and family..
@Roger Smith Bro your joking right? RIGHT?
@Roger Smith Kareem has a shot at being 3rd next to the logo Jerry West. But no way is he above Magic or Kobe as a Laker.
Caruso
Miss you kobe😇😥😥from the Philippines❤
MAMBA OUT NEVER FORGOTTEN
My Favorite Athlete of all time! Kobe Bryant 🙏
MJ was the face of 'Talent and Dominance', he taught the many players today that whatever you think of, you can achieve.
Kobe was the face of Work-ethic and Determination, he taught the many players of today that if you work for it, you'll get it.
Truly inspirational players.
you speaking like mj didnt work. he too has one of the greatest work ethics
@@policebear9347 No one said that, but to be truly correct, even personal gym trainer of MJ said "MJ worked smarter, Kobe worked harder." and Coach Phil Jackson that coached them both said that Kobe works much harder than MJ.
A true example of Greatness my hero my idol...i miss u KOBE😥😥😥
Kd with that fit lol
😂😂
No one in the history of the game, will defeat this guy's passion and work ethic. Ever.
I will remember Kobe until i die. He was my inspiration on court. Killer instinct and hard work only comparable to one guy. I think he might just worked harder than MJ himself...We should invent another word because greatness doesn't fit.
Goatness
For Kobe
MANY NBA players have worked harder than MJ. MJ buggers to the golf course or the casino before and after games. Kobe's work ethic was much higher than MJ's. Tho it's hard to blame MJ, because he was so good, and won so much, it made sense he lost some drive, and had less to prove. Hence why he also retired 3 times.
Don Lee your opinion, mj worked!!! Just more competitive at everything more than anyone else. That’s why best ever
Kobe faced and beat the most 50 win teams out of any legend in the modern era, never switched teams.. Still got 5 rings. 🐐
@King Fox He will always be my goat. Numbers don't tell the whole story. What an experience it was watching #8 and #24. Mamba forever
Well he didn't have to he had Shaq..and it wasn't for lack of trying to get ppl to come to LA, he tried to garnet, etc..
That's cuz he played in the west. The harder conference, dude was a beast n truly missed 😔
@King Fox He had him for three championships..how much pressure would it have been if he had none before going for last two.
@King Fox Didn't say they were easy wins, stop making an assumption. HOWEVER it helps to have the most dominant big man of his day, duh!
I miss my boy Kobe Bryant The Black Mamba he will always be a legend Rest in Peace Kobe and Gianna
As someone who doesn't live in America, I was lucky to see Kobe play in the 2012 Olympics, first and last time ever saw him in real, will forever cherish that memory of him.
I never thought I would be impacted by a death that wasnt family... and last year... it hit me like a bullet... that just shows what Kobe is. Forever Mamba

I rarely ever watch any tributes or anything about Kobe’s life in the past tense, because I refuse to believe that he’s gone.
Kobe Bryant is a Legend , a Hall of famer and he will never be forgotten. Amen.
Forever Mamba 💛💜
Kobe and T-Mac got to be one of the best friendships the NBA has seen
I appreciated the greatness of Kobe in every game I watched him play from Rookie to Retirement I never took him for granted. It just seemed like everytime he got the ball something special was about to happen. How blessed was I to have been in his generation to watch his greatness.
3:25 we not goin talk about how fast john wall was😭
"Play continues young fella"
Wow! that last video of him and his daughter was just 😞... Never forgotten and forever missed...
Kobe was amazing to grow up watching and having a chance to meet him when I was in hs was unreal. That dude means the world to a ton of people.
Legend never forgotten from the Philippines i lv u Kobe idol
MJ and Kobe are just mere image of each other in the style of game. Both loved the ball in clutch moments since Day 1 In the league. That's why I put MJ 1 Kobe 2 LeBron 3
Na Caruso on top
@Roger Smith He was better but kobe was a lot greater thats the diff.
@Roger Smith Lebron is probably better as a whole than Kobe. But Kobe was the more skilled basketball player and had more tenaciousness. Lebron is more physically talented and has better court vison and basketball I.Q.
@Stacks Str8 facts
@Roger Smith that's why every NBA player would take Kobe over LeBron to play with, LeBron was never better than Kobe he just had better teams, and let's see LeBron and Kobe they made a big thing about them playing a 2009-2010 and what happened LeBron couldn't get there, and if he did he would not have one
Love hearing these stories about Kobe and how people really feel! We'll continue to carry Kobe on just as he's doing love to all of you!
Well done Rachel on this one 👌🏾
We miss you, Kobe.
😢 so sad.. prayers to the bryant family..
I just can’t believe it... i did my first marathon ever 2 days ago as a tribute for him. 42.300 km in my lakers jersey, i cried so much... kobe, i did it for you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Man I've been crying all day I Miss and love Kobe soo much as if he was me🥲🥲😭❤👑🙏🏽
I still can't believe he's gone like basketball isn't even my sport and he was still such an inspiration for me

Whew... the ending with Kobe and his baby girl almost brought the tears out.... Jesus... we miss you both.. still can’t believe it..
We miss you Kobe. God bless the Bryant family

@@tonyzhang810 come on man, why the judging 😂

Dude really was the Black Mamba, hissing for the ball. Legends will never be forgotten. 💜💛
Uma Thurman was the Black mamba first
I grown up watching MJ, took me years to like Kobe’s game. I started to pay attention after Shaq left LA. Those amazing memories -vs Boston, Spurs, Raptors(81pts)
He impressed me on those 3points game winner that year, it’s crazy how he closed out those games... etc.
Mamba forever! Thank you Kobe!
Rest In Peace Kobe 😔🙏🏿I teared up..
Kobeeeeeee😪🙏🏽💜💛
I still get teary eyed when I see old laker footage and you hear the chant for kobe. MVP! MVP! MVP! I know it's been more than a year? But I still can't believe he's gone
I remember the day of. I was on the vus on my way to work. And then breaking news popped up on my phone saying Kobe is dead. I remember screaming "WHAT!!!!" and tears rolled down my eyes. The guy in front of me looked back and said " bro I just found out too". Kobe was the man. A good man. He wasnt perfect but he was good for the most part. I miss the guy!!
Kobe was the definition of never give up and Keep working and grinding
I cannot wrap my head around that it’s been a year already since we lost Kobe, Gianna and the 7 others. My thoughts and prayers are forever with all the families and friends and everyone they left behind, I hope they know how loved and missed they’re by us all.
i hope everyone has an amazing day rest in peace Kobe.
Who think he will always be with us....in our heart!
This was so well done.
We miss you brother love from Philippines❤❤❤
Top 3 Goats
1.Mj
2.Kobe
3.Kareem💯💯U got to accept u Bald to be in my top 3😭😭😂💯
Lmaoooo the bald part though lmaooooo
So, where’s Carruso !?
Caruso the best
Kareem is hella overrated. He was carried by Oscar Robertson (best pg in the 70's) and Magic Johnson (best pg in the 80's) to his rings. Yeah he is an all time grrat but definitely not over Lebron
Whats wrong with you? How dare you put those 3 over Caruso?!?!?
I can’t stop crying. Thinking about how still to this day I can’t believe he left this world so young.
This is amazing. Love hearing these stories
Video made me cry
This was so dope...thank you Bean for so many memories
1 year later and it still feels new. Such a surreal moment
miss Kobe bean first game I saw Kobe play when he dropped 81 on the raptors never forget that night
Thank You
Thank you Kobe 💜💜💜
KOBE is my definition of motivation!
I'm crying hearing thier confession.
When we're old, we gonna share to our grandchildren that we are so lucky to witness Kobe Bryan t ang how great that man is.
Look at kobe man so inspirational
My heart melted when they show Gigi at the end.
It's been a year🤯🤯. We miss you Mamba and Mambacita.
this vid brought tears to my eyes..
I really wish I got to meet Kobe in this world but I know I’ll finally be able to meet and see him again once I arrive in heaven. Rest in sweet peace mamba 🙏🏾
You are truly a legend when greats praise you and legends respect you.
Loves this, thank you
Will never be forgotten , Mamba forever !
Geez, I'm still crying
Tears already, my idol!!!!

Miss u Kobe ♥️
I just love guys who love basketball this much because I do I will always love kobe and MJ it will be nobody like them they was killaz
That last image heartbreaking 💔.
That last video clip 💔🥺
At first ESPN posting these videos brought back the sadness, everything still felt fresh. Idk why but now, I feel like I need these videos every year.
Pure tears 😭
That highlight game winner on the Supersonics just gave me chills, I was at that game KD and them Sonics had no chance!!!
That kiss at the end of the video.. watered my eyes and some of you also.
this hits so hard. too painful to watch.
Beautiful Memories ‼️😭
Shed a few tears last year for Kobe this one night I was thinking about life and all the ongoing events at the time ,my eyes are getting glossy rn as I type but I’m not gonna tear up because he was fulfilled in life, the only thing that still hurts to think about is gigi and all the young souls that were on that flight 😞 you kept us laker fans spoiled for years and years the hate never won ,you abolished the critics and blessed the world with ever lasting memories ...thank you kobe
What the heck was KD wearing
He had one then mask that go around your whole head I think.
Looks like someone's stay at home grandma
