It's not about money, it is about the presentation. I personally think that most of the sponsored videos are too "in-your-face", and often have little to do with the channel itself. However, this one makes sense, and the footage showing off the product only lasts 2 seconds. And I like Gennaro.

Even though I cringed every time he used that butter blend, I was still drooling over this dish at the end! I must say though, if I walked into Gennaro's kitchen, I highly doubt there would be any Bertoli products in the pantry. If anything, his olive oil and butter would come from a local Italian farmer who lives down the street. Just saying....

Gennaro is more than fantastic. Here at home, me and my two daughters love his exquisite recipes. They are unique, Thanks Gennaro. The three of us love you so much.
Of all the chefs I've seen on this channel this old master is one that I'm drawn to the most. His cooking looks so easy but it seems to explode with flavors. The way he prepares the food makes it a no nonsense, no frou-frou, no hassle way of cooking that draws me in. Plus who doesn't love Italian cooking?

I suspect it is. I can't imagine many authentic Italian recipes would have used an oil & butter blend. Anyway, Bertolli tastes DISGUSTING, and is far inferior to just olive oil.
Maybe so, but it's a lot better than what Marco Pierre White has been doing with Knorr.

+Donal Skehan They are also amazing the chinese way with 5 spice powder, bean paste, light soy sauce, sambal (I LOVE dried chillies in oil for this), and a little splash of sesame oil! :D One of my favourite ways to make aubergine :).

Riflemanm16a2 Aubergine is used in English and Eggplant in American English. just like zucchini/courgette, cilantro/coriander.

This is currently my favourite UA-cam channel, so thanks for that. I made this recipe last night with a couple of adjustments (only olive oil instead of the butter oil mix, spelt penne, a different sheep cheese, as I don't have pecorino, and pumpkin seeds instead of almonds, as I am allergic to nuts), and I just ate it for lunch. It was delicious!!!!! Thank you Gennaro and thank you Jaime :-)

I think this might be a little bit too dry. A few more teaspoon of butter will help. Maybe bertolli butter WITH olive oil might be good, just saying.
