I totally agree. I made it tonight and was transported to the Mediterranean. This is a dish that takes us to sun, sea, seafood and lemons. My wife is Spanish and we have a home near the coast in Andalusia which we're locked out of right now. This was the perfect antidote. It also takes me back to when I was an 11 year old boy in the 70s visiting southern Italy in the summer for the first time. It's so easy to make there's no excuse. Cheers. WT

As an italian i can say that usually pasta with tuna is the classic pasta you make when you have to hurry up because is one of the quickest. Personally i like it with butter and parsley but i have never tried this with rucola (don't remember the english name and don't want to delete the comment to rewind the vid). Great recipe, especially quick,easy, and tasty, i live in U.S. i recommend bumble bee brand tuna over starkist,chicken of the sea, or store brands, it's inexpensive whether packed in oil or water, i prefer water because i am going to drain whatever liquid it is packed in and use fresh bottled extra virgin olive oil for the recipe, also prices of all i mentioned are very close in price whether chunk light tuna or solid white albacore. The tuna companies are starting to pack tuna in foil lined plastic tuna packages which i like because almost every fish or seafood product always seems to have a metallic, tinny after taste, tuna, anchovies,sardines, crab meat, whatever, so in my opinion and i cook a lot, buy in pouches or jars, over tin cans, God bless
@Steve Logan you should buy the tuna WITH oil bcoz the oil acts as a binding agent for the heavy metals in the tuna! Then squeeze every last drop out and add your own EVOO. That's what I do.
