@@nsigarage5212 u just go to there web page cause I have tried in my control arms 4 different brand names and none of them go in all the way for some reason Land Rover suggest I get new control arms but the ones I have are only 21/2 years old

The brand is Powerflex. I've used them on several different applications over the years and never had an issue

Are the bushings the same for the front and rear of the front lower control arm? Mine are needing to be replaced.
No. But you can get a kit from powerflex like in the video

About how long did it take for both control arms?
About an 1hr a side. But i do have a lift and a full shop. Longest part is cutting the bolts

Yeah thats nonsense. I could see 4 tops to do both lower control arms, but not 8
