Dr. Hansaji ..my cheeks suddenly get red along with nose and chin . The burning and redness lasts for 10 to 15 minutes or more and then fades away. Kindly guide.

The sudden redness and burning sensation in your cheeks, nose, and chin while practicing yoga asanas can be attributed to several factors like increased blood flow, heat, skin sensitivity or pushing yourself too hard or holding poses for an extended period. If the redness persists or is accompanied by discomfort, it's advisable to consult with a doctor. Prioritizing self-awareness and adjusting your practice accordingly can contribute to a more comfortable and enjoyable yoga experience. Hope this helps
