64k a day! Wow, girl that is amazing! We have been doing steps challenges for a few years at work, but only during May (Walk This May) and October (Walktober). I enjoyed these challenges so much and saw the number on the scales decrease that I kept going and set my own monthly challenges, which I absolutely love! Walking is so underrated and yet bears huge rewards.
thank you so much for this huge motivation, I'm on my weight loss journey and my goal is to lose 75 lbs but I'm very lazy at the moment and about to have a back hurt :( I'll take your advice and reach my goal. Keep sharing your weight loss journey and I'll follow
I've been walking 10k steps everyday for about two months plus working out and I think I'm seeing slow results. I love the idea of increasing my steps for a 5 week period to see what results I can attain from that.
@@cynamayavlogs I’m glad you are seeing results even if they are slow. Yes! Try increasing gradually. Diet of course can be a big lever to pull but it’s different for everyone. Keep up the great work! 🙌
Your video is very encouraging. I have a cousin tell me that I won’t be able to lose weight just by walking and that I need to incorporate some resistance training. I’m just not ready for that. I would like more information about the Mediterranean keto you did. is there a video?
@@ddahunsi thank you so much! And yes I have a playlist called Health and Fitness and I made a video with a meal plan too. Let me see if I can find the link.
@@Talkinggirls thanks so much! I used the Fitbit app. I don’t consistently track my steps anymore though, just make sure I go on several walks per day whether that’s outside or in a mall 😅
@@هالةكاظمخضير yes! I have a video on my loose skin removal surgery. I had 6 pounds of skin removed from my stomach. I still have loose skin on my arms and legs.

Do you recommend any Fitbit Apple Watch step counter?
@@imana4838 really any one would be fine. I’d just pick the one you like the best, even cheaper knock offs on Amazon work really well now 😊
64k steps wow! 33 is the most I think I’ve ever gotten and my feet wanted to fall off ❤😂 it is a easy but great exercise tho 💯
@@rohannawildon9729 yeah idk if I’ll ever get to that high of a step count in one day again 😂 and yes, super underrated exercise.
Great video ❤What track app do you use?😊

Did you have loose skin?
@@هالةكاظمخضير yes! I have a video on my loose skin removal surgery. I had 6 pounds of skin removed from my stomach. I still have loose skin on my arms and legs.
Did you struggle with cravings?
@@NewAc-gl3wj yes I did. What worked best for me is I would make a keto version of the thing I was craving.
