Loved the video and found it really helpful. But I just kept getting sidetracked on the thought that your minimap is explored in the shape of a fucking happy elephant. And there is no way anyone can tell me I'm the only one who saw it. Lol

Your very welcome! It's the little things some times with games like Rome 2. It's a thinking person's game so not having the info you want can really be challenging.

I always watch all your posts in hopes to see something differently or learn one little thing extra and I ALWAYS do. I'm about half way to victory on my Roman Legendary/Legendary/Battle Realism campaign and I'm still learning. Just goes to show no matter how much you know....

I have been requested to do naval battles for the last few weeks but frankly they still seem broken. I don't enjoy them, I don't know how best to fight them and most importantly I do better when i just auto resolve. Every new patch I try one out but frankly there is just nothing I could offer you guys in terms of advice yet but once there is I will do a guide. If you asked for one piece of advice on naval battles I would say: Just auto resolve for now.
I agree with Tyson on Naval Battles. Unless they're hybrid land and sea battles I usually just autoresolve my naval battles. Something about the mechanics of them just feels clunky and my units tend to do about the same, or better, on autoresolve. Land battles I can usually disregard the odds listed and take my own assessment. You having the same vibe Average? I think I've seen all your videos and cant recall seeing a naval battle on the battle map =-)
i have a question about military workshops , are they empire wide or do i have to build them in every province ?
Will you be updating this guide? since most of the stuff, you go over has been moved around a bit.
I have a qeustion. I have a mine and i get a lot of income from it,now what i want to do is build a building i forgot the name but it gives me 10 % mining wealth now do i need to build that in that region and in that province or do i also get the bonus on my mine when i put it in another region
If I build a barracks in the minor settlement, will it also add to the garrison of the provincial capital?
Sam Wu No it does not. Barracks built in a settlement ONLY provide the garrison for that city it’s built in.
trying to learn how to control religion? Im the faction Averni (gaul) and have almost had to max out building slots using religious buildings...is there a trick to keeping the percent change in religion down? My total influences are low 90's / high 80's but I keep seeing the change per turn go down.
Someone help me, I'm doing hannibal at the gates as Carthage, I had a income of 3,600 or so I saved the game exited, and when I came back my income was in the trash wtf happened? And now my income is always dropping by a alarming amount, what is this????!
And now half my food is gone, WTF?
