You can half click this one to cycle the modes after it's on. I have several Anker flashlights I love their build quality. The LC30 has the best UI in my opinion. I like my flashlight to come on in the same mode everytime like this one does. Mode memory on the LC40 and LC90 bothers me. When I change brightness levels I have to cycle back through to high before I put them up. This flashlight doesn't have that problem. Plus it has less modes than the other two which I like also. They should take the UI from the 30 and use them across the board in all their flashlights. That would instantly increase their rating by a full star IMO. I carry the 40 daily and the 90 is my truck and nightstand flashlight. I gave the 30 to my kid to see if he could keep up with it lol. I will be buying another 30 for myself.
Love ur vids you’ve helped me pick many flashlights, Thankyou

Does no mode memory mean I have to cycle through all the modes if I only use 1 mode most of the time?
this is a good weapon.
