I have LC90 for last 12 months and I use them on regular basis due to my profession. I can tell you for under $30, it is a quality product I can trust it on daily basis. It is very bright too...
Just looked for the. Lc 130 on amazon its 46 British pounds. Free fast delivery. Im sold will be getting one for my cristmas present to myself lol. Thanks for the review. Andy England 🇬🇧👍
Thank you, thank you Harley! This video is exactly what I needed to make a decision between the Anker 400 and 900 L ones. Really liked being able to compare the lengths next to each other. I've been an Anker fan for about 6 years and definitely give them 5 +stars for customer service. Products are pretty great also 🙂. Your point about where the Anker USB charging port is located is spot on. Such a well made video overall. Got to check out yr others. Have been browsing flashlights for a few weeks. I probably don't need another one, but hey one can never have too many flashlights. Definitely time to dump some of the old cheap ones with the D cell batteries that wind up leaking from my moisture-ridden apt (since 🌀 Irma). It's time to switch to all rechargeables. Tired of having to check my supply of batteries every hurricane season. Thanks again for this informative and well done vid!
I wrote to anker. I suggested they post all the lumen output ratings for the different modes going forward on their flashlights. They told me the medium and low modes on the lc90 are 600 and 250 lumens respectively.
another thing, please. how long a recharge battery last if I put the recharge battery aside to use in emergency? does the battery better kept when recharge or empty? it is that until now I thought of buying flashlight based on battery, thinking is is more useful.
thanks for the answer. sorry,I was not clear enough . I ment, how many charges is the battery good for. if I order this flashlight does one battery enough? it is a special battery, doesn't it? thanks in advance. zvi
z z I have no idea how many charges the battery can take. Probably hundreds. It comes with an 18650 battery. They are very cheap and readily available online. I suggest you buy an additional one so you always have a backup.
good vid. wanted Higher lumen flashlight...and I do like the Chargers by Anker. So just ordered the 90...the 40 would be good (I have a couple ultrafires at 300 lumens and use 1 AA and much cheaper) And the 40 is at 23 bucks right now. paid 25 for the 90
I'm curious about how they look next to the Atomic Beam and Tac-light flashlights they're descent flashlights I own both brands I didn't know Anker made flashlights I did know they made some amazing portable chargers because I own a few of them and recommend them to everyone I know
Quick question since you have them. Does the LC90 have a little shake in the head since it needs to have a little play for the sliding zoom? If you shake it, is there a tiny bit of rattle in the head from the play it needs to have? Thanks :)
Anker makes rechargeable flashlights and still they can't be used as battery packs! Why is this such a rare feature? I know of only one flashlight that works as a battery pack charger.
I might have to do some more specific research. But I do watch a lot of videos and occasionally browse the manufacturer websites and I only remember one light with that feature, it was one of those coke bottle floodlights, can't remember which. If there are a few out there a roundup of the category would be a good subject for a video for someone to do.
pariahphoenix You are right, there are quite a few out there if you search for them, just weird that the main well known flashlight brand names (as well as a main player in battery packs that is delving into flashlights, like Anchor) don't got there.

I today ordered it hope it gonna be the best
Lc90 in Cambodia only 35$.
Great video. I'd like to see a follow up video in the future with info on how these have held up after extended use, battery life, etc.

I work as night security guard and would like to purchase the Anker Lc90 torchlight but don't know the price. Please send me details, thanks much.

it is that until now I thought of buying flashlight based on battery, thinking is is more useful.
I'm about to receive a TN-12, 2016. My first one . I can't wait. I was suprised that you compared the Anker to a Thrunite instead of a streamlight.
Can you use generic rechargeable batteries? Thank you
yes
Just ordered Lc90 from Amazon it's on sale for $23. Thanks.
thanks for the answer.

I love them so much that I gave 2 LC40 and 1 LC90 away.
Thanks a lot! I have LC90 and a LC130! just love Anker. But I dont know how charger it! thanks again! from Brasil!
I have an Anker battery charger for my Nikon camera. I didn't realize it was the same Anker.
Yep. I love their battery bank products. I have half a dozen of them. Thanks for watching

Nicely done HarleyWood, I had never heard of this company!
How long does it take to fully charge the lc90
Armando 956
It comes with a battery that's about half-charged. If the 18650 is completely dead though, it could take 6-7 hours to charge.
Armando 956 Defending on the charger as well.
LC 90 ROCKS.

flashzonephoto
No. There's no rattle at all. It's a very deliberate and smooth slide. Not sloppy at all.
Bummer, guess I have to send mine back since there is a little shake to it. Thanks for the info.
whats the lc90’s lenght minimum? can it fit to a jacket pocket
it's 6.2 inches long. All the dimensions are at the bottom of this page: amzn.to/2CLnTED
HarleyWood23 thank you!
i found a Coleman 600 lumen battery lock for $10 at Ross and its a 40-60 dollar light
Does the lc90 get hot on high setting after awhile?
Yes, it will get uncomfortably hot after long usage at high.
Bravo great review 👏👏
how long does the battary lasts?
Depends on how you use the light. If you rarely use it, it will hold a charge for months. If you use it often, you may have to recharge it weekly.
simple very good review cheers
Is this the same company that makes Bluetooth speakers. Andy England 🇬🇧❓
Great video much appreciated, thank you
You might wanna look at some fenix flashlight.
LC40 have two different look pocket clip one and strap one...
How do you turn the LC90 off. I just got one, tried it out, but can't turn it off.
Ken Huynh tail cap button turns it on and off.
How did you turn it on probably the same way
needs usb c its 2018

yeah. that's a very fair point. I'm sure they'll be reading these comments. Hopefully they take note. Thanks for sharing.
I have seen a lot of flashlights that can be used as battery pack charger. I used to be into flashlights quite a bit but not anymore.

Everyday Adventure Anker might also just be rebranding flashlights, since there are a ton out there to choose from, so they aren't creating their own.
nice
Poor quality button
