This could work. One of my issues with that Rollercoaster game is that, while it lookedgood, there was no feeling to match the visuals. So even though most would think shooters, I think games with vehicular motion might benefit as well.
I use a Next Level HF8(haptic seat) and it works really well. I use it for all types of games, but when racing in my rig, GT7 AND PSVR2... the combination of all together is spectacular. I can feel that I'm actually in that car. Awesome.

I’ve gotten a Kobra gun stock, I’m going to get those vr-rock lenses cause I wear glasses normally, and will deff check out this vest when it comes off. I bought one I had a woojer v3, decided to get this because it finally has ath, which is way cooler than nothing and can have directional effects without native if the sound is done well (Light Brigade, Horizon COM) to name a few. I bought the bundle with the arms, played a few hours on Breechers and is it sweet. Every shot I knew where I got hit, it doesn't just limit the haptics to a specific spot on the back or front either. It can wrap around from back to front, on the sides and over the shoulders. I actually didnt mind getting killed. Haven't been blown up with a grenade yet. You can also feel the actual type of round, getting shot with a smg feels different than a weapon that can kill with one shot. Many lighter haptics ques vs 1-2 massive ones. At the start of every round you get scanned which is cool. The arms were a sweet addition you feel haptics when you fire and when you grab the barrel. Headset haptics, hand haptics, arms and a vest all working in unison when you're shooting, with native its super juicy if you ask me. Its an experience you can't get without. Legendary Tales OMG , Bhaptics + treadmill!!
All the telemetry for car movement has always been in GT7, sim hub etc can tap into it for motion simulators so if you wanted the vest to give you a bit of a kick into the back during acceleration then I think it would be down to the jacket manufacturer to tap into that not polyhony 🤔.. Not sure what else you could do with it in GT7, but generally I think this could be a great addition for immersion.. maybe not during the summer though just the headset is hot enough work 😂 Great info and content as always 👍.
There's already a haptic chair for gt7, the ps5 can directly send the correct inputs to a laptop and the laptop connects to the haptic chair. Amazing fun for gt7 when paired with psvr2
You know what, I hate when people say sub and shit but this one I actually realized that I really do watch your videos allot and it actually in a sense reminded me to sub. Crazy
The only problem I have is how hot would it be using the vest as I sweat quite a bit during playing vr depending on the game! Hopefully you get one to test! Thanks jammy pretty exciting news.😊

I think also that my experience with the WOOJER vest - which I found to be a serious waste of money - has soured me on spending even more money on this haptic hope.
Hey Chrome, I'm curious about which Woojer vest you got? I bought the V3 shortly after PSVR2 launched since it advertised 3D spacial audio support. It works as advertised, I feel the sounds and the directions they come from. It's now an integral part of my VR gaming, and I would highly recommend it. Although it is a bit spendy (only downfall imo)
Come on Jammy you should know by now that if the price is quoted as 500 dollars you are going to pay 500 quid. By the time they add import duty, delivery etc. the dollar to pound conversion makes little difference, especially in 'rip off Britian'.

Personally, I think that the haptics vest is a really bad idea seeing as how expensive it is. I would recommend people get a racing rig for gt7 instead which will be about the same price. Also, who wants to wear a vest on top of you playing VR? you're going to get really hot as it is plus also you're going to have to be charging yet another freaking peripheral before you play.
Haptics best make the games better Hands down. Yes they do add to the heat but it’s worth the trade. Especially if you have true Spatial Audio for woojer v3 or native support for b haptics. I have a v3 and I’m buying a bh40. I will post a review.
