@@Leynad778 I have one and they work wonderfully! I just did some work to the handbrake to make the feel of it tighter and more like a real brake. Works awesome. I really don't understand the on off switch on this one.
Great news. This is how every company should work. Taking the feedback and changing their products according to the customer needs. Look forward for the analogue handbrake.
You really need to try the srs sequential shifter! I've had it for about 2years now and it's really good for the price. Thanks for the great work you are doing love your reviews!!
I see you're using the simagic m10, I have one myself, let me know what you think! I think she's a dandy piece of kit and a solid dd purchase that's worth it. I know, I know - the SRG will decide!! I'm looking at a motion rig next to add to my p1x, so I'll be asking some questions. Thx Barry, great channel!
He’s currently got a video in the works on it, hence the footage here. On top of that, SFX100 is generally the entry level motion platform for aluminium rigs. Then you have the Prosimu and Dbox stuff which goes for a bit more (a lot more lol)
Such a nice piece ruined by the fact that they didn't run a linear pot on the hand brake so be easy enough to fit one but for the price it really should have come with it.
I really had my hopes up for the handbrake as it's clearly a solid piece of kit. But the switch input instead of modular is a real turn off for me sadly. What modular/load cell handbrake would you recommend
@@kolysion164 yeah crappy games, proper simulators are simulating the handbrakes correctly. Why would you buy an expensive handbrake for a game who doesn't even support analog handbrake input, lol
Mechanical switches, cheap carbon fibre vinyl instead of solid 3M vinyl, wrinkled around the washer on the side plate, not to mention the shaft delaminated vinyl defect. What do they want for this? Comon.
Hi Barry been watching for a while now still a beginner to the sim world I have a question to you and your viewers Is there a converter to convert these fantastic shifters you review to work with a fanatec csl base ???
are you using the simagic dd in the driving segment of this video? would you consider doing a comparative video of the dd bases you have reviewed? i.e. fanatec, simucube, accuforce, simagic, leo B, etc.
same I've seen Will's review on it from boosted media. Another review would never hurt as I am considering it between the accuforce which is literally the same price in my country.
I almost ordered this untill I found out that the handbrake is basically an on/off switch. Such a shame for a product that seems to be perfect in all the other areas.
What pedal set does barry actually use ill have to use this handbrake/shifter combo with that set if anyone knows What Barry uses when he's sim racing as a Pedal set Comment pls
Hi I wanted to ask you guys is there a way to fix a G920 wheel that feels cracked underneath the leather wrap it sounds like cracked plastic ? Any ideas?
A handbrake with a microswitch vs an analog potentiometer or hall sensor ???? That's disappointing because you want a handbrake to have the ability to work like a brake pedal vs an 'on/off' switch.
dont hasitate to buy this item. it looks nice does the job very well, its sturdy and build like a tank. if you got some money left you can even do customized paint jobs on the levers like i did. thanks for the great support and paint job SG-racing!!
the only nice thing about this is the level and handle. rest is kinda bad. No mechanism for tactility; only spring, and for that money, you dont get a lot. That aliexpress shifter that goes around is basically the copy of something like the manu factory is is miles better. The king is still the pro sim which is could not be more closer to how a real seq works, and its not that much more
The handbrake now is with hall sensor and the price is the same.. :)
Thank you!
Great
Best handbrake and shifter that exist!
Wow, no hall sensor on the hand brake at that build quality level. That's wicked lame.
Expect a "pro" version with loadcell/hall sensor at double the price.
Just saw a China-handbrake on Ebay for less than 40 bucks with a Hall-sensor.
@@Leynad778 I have one and they work wonderfully! I just did some work to the handbrake to make the feel of it tighter and more like a real brake. Works awesome. I really don't understand the on off switch on this one.
I believe they have changed this now
Hi everyone. The analogue handbrake is coming soon. The price will be the same.
Thank you.

Is SG racing based in the UK?

SRG need some T-shirts and other merch with "So...Lets Get To It" on them.
Dang! So nice. I want a set of these for my rig!
Great review as always, Barry!
The handbrake being on/off is a bit odd though. Even the cheap eBay handbrakes have potentiometers
Hang on for while the guy from SG racing said in the comments that an analog version is coming soon at the same price

HE handrake is the best hb imho it use a load cell, so it's pressure reading like IRL.
Heusinkveld Handbrake all day. I have it and it’s an amazing piece of kit. Barry has done a review on it as well.
Heusinkveld handbrake and you can mod it to be similar to this one of you like the style

Nice review, they could use a hall sensor on the hand break, even the cheap chinese hand breaks have.
it's already with hall sensor. your wish is reality
The shifter uses microswitches now, you can get hallsensors but it'll cost €15 extra
Just wondering what shampoo and conditioner you use Barry the Mrs is well jelly belly ???
Now with SG Racing upgrading the handbrake too analog. Which would you recommend between this set and the set from Ailogs?
Barry I hope you read this comment.
you should upload videos of you sim racing, I would love to see that :)
I was sold until the analogue switch for the handbrake appeared
were you using the Simagic M10? Is that something you're reviewing or going to review?
Interesting to see you use what appear to be the Meca pedals. Are you revisiting them or are they just your main pedals now?
Please do a Reddit AMA, it would be EPIC!!!!!

Simagic m10 next please
