Hi Nick 👋🏾 I'm from New Zealand 🇳🇿 I've been struggling a lot with my emotions for months. I use to struggle with alcoholism stopped 8 months ago now im feeling my emotions for the first time which comes with crippling anxiety and panic attacks. I've found this extremely soothing and relaxing thank you 😊 like they say trauma is not only a psychological issue but a body memory the issues are in the tissues, I will keep coming back 🙏
This was amazing. Felt so much heat during it. Going through a ton of change. I wish there was a way to view via camera all the flow of energy that happens during practice! It would be so cool!
What a beautiful, gentle way to start Sunday. Thanks, Nick. The music and surroundings enhanced your voice, drawing us deeper to the present moment. Peace!
HI Nick, I have been following your videos every morning and evening. Love your work, but this one is THE BEST ONE yet. Wow, such a great sequence of movements. I am sharing this with my people!
Kia ora from New Zealand, I recently found your channel and love your stunning videos and practices. New to qigong, I have been teaching yoga for 25 years. Your teachings are just what my body needs at this time in my life. Much gratitude to you. Namaste 🙏💫🩷
Many thanks Nick, this practice appeared at an opportune time…it is a beautiful practice and the music blended seamlessly. Feeling grateful as the sun rises in Nova Scotia 🙏☀️💕
Nick, I am so thankful for your videos! This one was just wonderful for a Sunday morning clearing the week's stresses! Your background is always a feast for the eyes as well and this one was especially calming!!
Such a lovely way to end the day today. Next time it might be the gentle way to start the day. Being at peace is always the best way in the day. Your classes are a delight and a joy. The bonus is that they are incredibly useful too ! Thank you, dear Nick.
I’m a huge fan of your work, and this looks like a beautiful practice but music is so personal. Could you consider issuing a no-music version? I love the wind/white noise/nature sounds you use in other vids. 🙏🏻
It is very nice routine , thank you . I love all your routines because of those beautiful surroundings { we can hear natural noises , ie waterfall , ocean , wind ... , great } and your quiet voice . In this new routine additional music is unfortunately too loud and "compete " with your instruction. It is unnecessary noise which doesn't make this routine calming and relax for me .
I absolutely agree. Some of the time it's OK but occasionally the music just swells too much and I can''t hear what you are saying. In spite of that, I love the exercises.
@@TheNickLoffree Just curious.... why do you add music AT ALL? We poor humans are bombarded with music everywhere we go and need a break, esp when trying to heal! I cannot find a store or doc office that does not have music. They even pipe the damn stuff out into the street. It is really bad for us! Please consider dropping 'music' (to me it is not true music, it's manmade horror) entirely. Hugs, Meg
That was a beautiful start to the day, very much appreciated - I didn't even hear the kettle boiling! I would just like to know - how do I separate the sessions from calm and slow to others that are more challenging physically? Thank you.
This was wonderful, Nick! Thank-you so much for a great start to my day! Also, I am wondering if you have looked at the possibility of your dear wife having Fibromyalgia. That could explain much of her pain. I have this condition and I well understand the intense pain and the myriad and confusing aspects of this particular affliction. Please reach out to me if you need more information, Wishing you a beautiful day!
Nick, thank you. I have a question: In the thumbnail you share you were a former schizophrenic. I currently am diagnosed bipolar, anxiety, adhd with frequent suicidal ideation. I know a lot of it is from psychedelics that brought content to the surface, and my nervous system couldn’t handle it. Thus energy got stuck and festered. Thus mental illness. That’s my theory on all mental illness. It’s fragmented and stagnant energy that never felt contained or safe to move and be integrated. In terms of qigong; I’ve found it lifesaving to pull me out of suicidal spirals. Is your medical course; in your experience and estimation, the best place to start if I wanna dive more deeply into working with mental illness and reclaiming physiological, emotional and psychological balance? I’d love to learn more; heal myself and share with others. There are so many beautiful; sensitive, empathic souls who are suffering greatly or who have ended their lives. Thank you for all you do, and all this free content. In the future I hope to take that course and maybe teacher training. Once I stabilize a bit and allow myself to receive more money.
Hello, can someone kindly explain to me why I feel a wave of emotional sadness explode from my stomach every time I do this routine? I've been doing many of Nick's routines over the past 2 years, but it's this one that has me feeling a wave of nauseating sadness explode from my belly each time I do it. 😢😢 What is the science behind this? Anyone? Any explanation at all? Thank you. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’m only guessing here, there seems to be much more to these moves than one grasps on first encounter. I will be coming back to these. Thanks 🙏
Typically the case with qigong! 😆
Thanks again. This was life-saving today. A huge purge happened of darkness and I feel much lighter.

I'm not sure if I missed it, but how does this heal the brain?
How do you use this? Do it once a day? At the start? Or any time?
Thanks 😊
