very interesting and informative. looking for someone with this knowledge to help with my dropped metatarsal in second toe from big toe and a rigid hammer toe in same place. Also a raised bone spur behind this toe thats located on top of the footabout 2 inches behind that toe going towards the hinge of foot or crease.doctors and therapists diagnosed this but give me pads or toe bindings or electric stim or massage or ultrasound or recomend surgery. they dont explain what to do or why. They treat the symptom. help. podiatrists and physio therapists have not helped.

Unfortunately I cannot offer you treatment, as I am not yet licensed to do so. You may be able to find a practitioner in your area on this map, but I'd call ahead and ask if they have experience with feet: www.forwardthinkingchiro.com/member-map-1#!map

I"m not sure why you are recommending a PT or a chiropractor for leg pain... MD!?

PT's and Sports Chiros are the experts in musculoskeletal rehab. MD's usually don't know much about conservative care, they are great for more serious stuff. IF you go to a PT or Sports Chiro for something like an ankle sprain or shin splints or whatever, they are trained to differentially diagnose it and if it's more serious like a fracture they will refer you out to an MD. PTs and Chiros are a great first option. If you go to an MD you're statistically more likely to just get some pain killers which is absolutely terrible for rehab and recovery from injury. Active modalities used by PTs and Chiros are the best first line of defense for sure.
