I do not understand UA-cam tech reviewers obsession with making the iPad Pro just a consumption device. They have over complicated the lineup for viewers. I have watched maybe a dozen channels of digital artist, architects with people in construction to real estate where the iPad is a necessary, professional tool. They need the lidar, gyroscope, Pencil or touch screen to do their Jobs! If your job requires a laptop and not a tablet then the iPad Pro is NOT for you. Simple.
It still is a consumption device unless you will use those things. Like I mentioned to play a lot of games this works for me. But at the price point you need to have a purposeful use for the device
@@BooredAtWork yes, just like the MacBook Pro. At a certain point like between the Pro and the Max chip it becomes ridiculous to buy those MacBooks if you don’t have a professional use case for it.
If possible,would love Samsung to put the newly released SD X Elite series processors on their new upcoming tab ulta series so that it will become rather interesting to compare it with the new M4 ipad pro..... It's just a dream but just a curiosity of mine.....

I’m an android user, I got the iPad mini 6 for travel but I end up leaving it home and still taking my s8 ultra lol. My mini is pretty much for Genshin. I do want to get the 11in pro m4, I’m fighting myself not to get the 13 in, but they’ll defeat my purpose of having a smaller tablet but…I like new things lol

And Samsung's integration with Windows is much better. Apple has great products but it has a closed architecture and this has bothered me since the Apple II! But like you said... each person has their requirements.
On the magic keyboard , i can tell you i have dropped my old ipad on the floor several times , had it roll off the table due to my clumsiness , and to my surprise , every single time , my ipad has come out unscathed , so its thickness does have some benefit , the other thing is , the base of the ipad is made heavy so it remains more stable , if you look at other tablet covers , many of them fall over easily , some are absolutely useless if you place them on your lap , not so with the magic keyboard . My one gripe about the magic keyboard is , they are quite pricey , at the same time , they last a long time , mine is 3.5 years old and still working like a beauty , so you should put that into your calculations when you buy a tablet keyboard cover ., you also get the charge port on the magic keyboard , well the previous ones did , i havent seen the m4 ipad one .

I personally think they could have stayed at the 800ish with 128gb instead of forcing you to get the 256gb base model, now it's 1200usd 😳 for 11inch! excluding magic keyboard and pencil pro
I badly want one of these mainly for more power in Procreate + matte screen but nope I’m just going to save for that Aya Neo Flip and delete all the ported and big games like Star Rail and Wuthering Waves off my iPad. Over the years I’ve amassed a huge collection of mobile games, both premium and free, but not being able to expand storage kinda killed it for me 😭 I love Apple’s tech and how everything just works so effortlessly but I think I’ll give up on trying to game on it (except a few exclusive games). Love your review though. You take a gamer’s perspective and you seem to be a heavy iPad gamer like me. Definitely a trustworthy review imo. Also you should play Genshin a little more cause your traveler is still a beginner XD wish on one of the banners. Or play Star Rail because of its auto battle, makes it easy to progress when you are busy.
I'm struggling to see the point of putting the M4 in the iPad Pro, without an OS and limited Pro software that can take advantage of all that performance. Most of the Pro apps don't even need the M1 performance to deliver pro level functionality. The biggest issue for me is multitasking. I should be able to use as many apps simultaneously as the M4 can ran and switch between open apps easily. I should be able to have a comprehensive file browser that allows multiple apps access to files. I should be able to use multiple monitor screens.
First, great hardware! Second to expensive hardware. BUT I do need money so I can accept getting payed to use it... maybe... NO, I cannot sorry. MacOS/iOS no can do, helping the kids with their iPads is a pain, I just hate them, the iPads that is ;D
Its an Acquired taste mate , i bought an ipad air 4 and iphone 12 pro max on their release date , my first ever apple devices , none of my friends had apple stuff , so i was totally on my own , and i have to say being a 9 year android user going to ios was just infuriating because ios stuff just does not work the same way :) , and if you know nothing about them , its like having your finger nails pulled out :) , for the first 3 three months , i loved the hardware , but IOS , i just wanted to put them both under the bogies of my kenworth , but the pennys started to drop , and now i only carry an iphone and i love my little ipad which follows me around everywhere . What i found with IOS , is there are a lot of cool features once you really delve into the settings . But even a galaxy note , to learn all that you can do with a galaxy note could take years , its just becoming familiar with how stuff works .
My taste is very very specific indeed... I want to do whatever I want when I want it. I must expand a bit, I got 4 kids, thats 4 not brand new iPads and 2 iPhone SE 2022 and my fiancee uses an iPhone 13 Pro and a iPad Pro (the second one, with a magneticly charged pen). I solve all their issues and its a pain every time! xD I personaly always carry 2 Android devices at least depending on if I have the "phone one call" at work its 3. At the moment my own Fairphone 5 that I won and a Samsuck... sung S22 from work that I almost cannot stand even with Nova Launcher making my devices look and work close to how they did 7 years ago. Still keeping my Mi Mix 2S around but the battery life is bad. If Nova wouldn't work I would have to go back to Custom ROMs today. iOS and One UI/Touchwiz devices aren't for me, sorry for leading you on by being not so funny as I would like to be. ;D
