Many of us have pain in our knees and other joints and it is very difficult for us to find exercises that are friendly to our knees. A hug and we hope for more hiit cardios, not jumping, not squats, not lunges.

Hi, Anna! Thank you so much for uploading this knee friendly workouts! I’ve discovered that squats and lunges are terrible for my right knee (I can’t run if I continue on doing that type of exercises), but I really love training hard at home, and it makes me a bit sad that I can’t find much diversity of legs and booty workouts with or without weights, but knee friendly.
I would really appreciate if you could continue on uploading knee friendly, but hard, workouts.

Im happy bc i had foot surgery about 2 weeks ago. I having been doing abs and arm workouts and leg workouts. I have to skip some exercises but i figured something is better than nothing. Looking forward to the workout Anna!!!!
This seriously came at the perfect time. I broke my 2nd toe and have been devastated that I can’t exercise/bend my foot. Finally a workout that I should be able to do!!
Ik it's perfect for me too! I just got out of a boot but shouldn't be doing too much jumping rn bc my ankle is still weak but I want to stay in shape as I am a competitive dancer 😊

Couldn't do everything yet, been babying my bad back, but am realizing I have to do whole body strength, just core weak and back still challenging in some moves...anyway, I groaned and thanked you audibly for 40 second and not 50 seconds sets, still got my heart rate up and was sweaty enough to not be able to see, so...yay!

I didn't felt like working out today but gave it a shot . And this was quite good pumping for sure . I feel refreshed now . And I'm quite surprised the way I sweated during workout.
