More like this for when we are recovering from injuries to the knees and ankles please!!! I still wanted to workout, but couldn't do any other workouts from you, as I rolled both my ankles, and pulled a tendon in my knee making it hard to. So i followed along with your mom, and this was perfect for today :)
My morning routine for the last 2 months is good 20-30 minute HIIT workout. I really want to lose fat before summer. I am at 180 lbs of body weight and my goal is 140 lbs before July I hope. I even got myself personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet. I am not leaving anything to cause.
Being healthy is a higher priority than losing fat please take care of yourself and don't go on a crash diet that will damage your metabolism and you'll store fat more than you lose a 200 calories deficit is largely enough . Sending you love 💕

I literally injured my knee while doing front lunges a few days ago and working out has been a complete pain since then. I have been avoiding lunges, squats and other exercises that puts pressure on my knee but then my workout felt so unsatisfactory... And I get blessed with this, really can't wait to get into it again😍

As someone who sprained my left ankle in 2020, broke my right ankle in 2021, and now did something to my left ankle again in 2022, I really appreciate having the option of doing these low impact / no weights / no jumping workouts. It helps me still work up a good sweat and keep exercising while I'm not able to do any running or jumping. Thanks!

Just what I needed, a no jumping lower intensity workout. It still gets you sweaty especially towards the end. Those arm taps , side planks are a challenge 💪
I hadn’t done this one in a while and I forgot how good this session is.
Was looking for a spicy stretch while avoiding lunges and this was exactly what I needed. The post workout high is delicious. ❤

This workout is amazing!
For reference, I’m a 5’5”, 24 year old female that’s 130lbs and this workout managed to get my heart-rate up to 163bpm and burn approximately active 250 calories (according to apple watch)
More than half of my 400 calorie goal for an hour session, so I can burn the remaining 150 easily!

I recently hurt my knee so doing any form of squats or lunges hurts a lot. This knee friendly workout was exactly what I needed!! I'm probably going to come back to this over the next few weeks until I'm able to do more. Could you maybe do some more knee friendly workouts like this ?

Comencé a hacer tus rutinas en 2020 y pasé de 65kg a 60kg en 3 meses, con una notable tonificación...sin embargo, todo cambió en estos años. Desde hace 5 meses no hago ejercicio por cuestiones de salud mental (quien diría que para poder sentirte un poco mejor necesitas hacer ejercicio, pero esa misma condición no te permiten levantarte). Pero hoy me decidí y estoy dispuesta a disfrutar el proceso con tus rutinas, Anna. Quiero recuperarme a mi misma, disfrutar de mi cuerpo desde la salud. Hoy peso 71kg y planeo volver a estar saludable, regreso en unos meses. ¡Eso equipo!

One thing I like with Anna's workouts is that I always get everything I'm seeking for: convenience, challenge and sweat. Never get fooled by the words "low impact" and think it's gonna be easy. I have been doing some workouts where they say HIIT sweaty in the title and after finishing I was like "That's it?". But with Anna even her warm up is so energizing that sometimes it's only when I read "Next : workout" that I realize we are not even far. Thank you so much for making us feel good, powerful, and the best version of ourselves ❤
