- We finally got to meet Ross Galitzky who lives in Vancouver and has 3 buildings FULL of cars. He has one of the coolest car collections we've ever got to check out. This will be a 3 part series because the collection is that extensive. Everything is for sale so if you are interested in anything you can find him on Facebook or text him at 604 838 7501. Glad to hear you guys are making the most out of an unfortunate situation. Looking forward to seeing Ross' collection. Wish it was just a wee bit closer, we're about 4 hrs South of Vancouver nr Tacoma. I crossed over last summer to pick up a 235 engine for my 51 Chevy Truck - the Border Agent was really suspicious when I replied 'to her "how long were you in Canada ..." with about two hours' :) But was able to point to the engine in the back of the truck.
In his conversation with Ross, It was great that Chad recognized Nathan's wonderful mechanical ability . My observation of Nathan is that he analyses mechanical issues and thinks and plans outside the box to make things run and roll.

I grew up 4 doors down from Ross in the 70s. He was a colourful figure in our OP neighbourhood to say the least. His collection has grown but it is just as eclectic. Thanks for sharing!

Chad & Jolene thank you for this part of the tour of ross's collection I have found it fascinating so far along with his stories of how he aquired things. I am very interested to see the next two parts as well. I could sit in his shop with him and listen for hours! Be back tomorrow for part 2.

Ross has an amazing collection of treasures. Everywhere you look there’s something unexpected. It would take weeks to see everything!
I hope he finds some place to help handle his things appropriately when the time comes so they go where they’ll be enjoyed and appreciated.

I think i must have said "wow" to myself at least 50 times already and I'm not even halfway through the video. Ross's collection of stuff is truly amazing. I've been collecting for a long time but it's minor compared to his. Thanks for sharing this.

What a fantastic journey through this mans collection. I wish I were 20 years younger (with my $$ too) I would make an offer on a lot of these things. I hope for his sake he gets some closure on his stuff and the dollars he is due. Thanks Chad for taking us on this visit.

That is awesome that you got to visit. You are on the west coast so make the best of it. You need to keep and eye out for headlight shades for the 50 while you are visiting.

I agree with Chad having a records playing jukebox is the way to go. I've been looking for one for my older brother. He's been collecting record's for many many year's, people have gave my brother there record collection's because of this internet thing came out, or they feel like they have no need for there record's or family past on and gave them to my brother. He even have record's made from some type of porcelain/glass stuff from the 30s and 40s all the way today's music something about hearing music on a record player sounds different on a sterio. Then to have a jukebox have a stack of record's just push a button and have a record drop down and play would be cool.

There is a million dollars worth of parts in that garage. Lights, bezels, every type of valve cover, grills for days. Chad needs all these parts for his builds. Maybe one day he could aquire this collection. The gentlemen may leave his collection to Chad.
