Chad and Jolene, that is an absolutely stunning 1930's automobile. Wow! And this guy knows his stuff. It could be an amazing bunch of cool videos showing your drive back to Nova Scotia. It is too beautiful a car to chop and take away its beautiful originality. Please keep it as it is and just touch up that gorgeous blue colour. As a 72 year old I guess I can really appreciate this beauty.
You already have too many cars...I'd like to see some get finished and put on the street. I agree with the others, this car should be kept original. As a large four-door, this would not look good as a hot rod. Given the hours and money it takes to build a hot rod, I would be very selective on starting with the good body style, the best being the 1932-1934 Ford coupes. It costs the same to paint and equip a 32-34 coupe as it does a car that will have much less demand (and a lower value) when completed.
Why chop such rare cars? I’m not really into these old cars, but this looks 👌🏽.. Once you chop it, it’s no longer that car or model.. Nothing to me revolves around $$$$
That is one that I would not chop. As for driving it home. I would consider how many miles you will have to drive it. It would be a shame if it broke down on the way. I think that I would rent a bigger vehicle and trailer it home. It is a beautiful vehicle. So I would definitely buy it. Why take the chance of something happening to it.
I am quite sure that car IS original paint, there is no overspray anywhere! I know I would be driving the sweetheart home if I was there, but I already have a Canadian built 1939 Packard 120. 🤗
Hey guy's! If the price is right grab it and drive her home, company for the Hudson! Maybe have an Olds-Huds set of twins come spring! lol Miss my Fina girl!
I have enjoyed your videos and learned some. You are very creative and skilled. However I think your talents are better served making something from nothing than from changing what are pretty complete and cool originals.
that Oldsmobile is super nice and clean! be a cool sleeper with something like a 330ci or 425 rocket from the mid 60s. but then you'd have to upgrade those rear tires. and you know where it goes from there =)
Yes, My theory is "you only live once" and if you have the money, buy it,,, and add it to your collection. Start a Bad Chad Jolene museum... But do not drive it on the salt winter roads, YIKES!! Go back in the summer or trailer it back.
Chad and Jolene , If you plan to purchase Harry's 1934 Oldsmobile, I would plan to to rent a 24 ft You Haul Truck and drive it home to NS . I wouldn't risk exposing this wonderful Olds to the road salt . . It's a beautiful antique car.
Oh No an extremely "Rare" don't sell it to Bad Chad as he will ruin it forever with a chop and other butchery. This extremely rare OLDSMOBILE deserves to live on as is. Not sure but this one might be the last REO before being GM ized.
I have to admit, I have liked watching the adventure specials. Visiting barn finds, private collections and shows has been a really cool past couple of weeks of content that I would like to see more of.
It's a beauty, buy it but trailer it or ship it home. Chad, you are a capable fabricator and an extremely talented designer, but you aren't a mechanic. An old car like this, no matter how nice it looks, will definitely have some bugs to work out and I guarantee will break down multiple times on a cross country trip like you have ahead of you.
Make sure you look under this one before you buy chad, selling always have a good opinion of what they are selling. It’s up to the buyer to check thoroughly and make a good decision. Then don’t moan afterwards
If it has a heater buy it and drive it home. I like it when you you and Jolene drive them home Todd. Not don’t in my mind it will make an interesting story.
That 1958 Impala is way better shape than any of the factory show room fresh models I worked on at the Chev Olds Caddilac dealership I worked at in the late fifties.
No It turns out not to be NOT extremely Rare and is merely one of a number of Badge engineered GM's in 1934. BAD Chad buy IT and do your thing with it. 🙂👍
It's a nice car, a survivor in apparently good condition. ☑ It's up to you whether to buy it or not, but if you want it I think it's better to get it in the summer 🌞

I agree. Some cars should be left as they are. This is such a car.
chop chop chop,you watch.

If you buy to enjoy just the way it is with a few repairs great, but cutting it up, I'd say no. Pass on it.
Agreed~ Too nice to Chop,imho

It’s already chopped, in Chad’s brain.
@@samadamms3432 Just enjoy driving it and leave it original
you know as soon as it goes through the door it's gonna get cut!!!
You wouldn't chop anything he's chopped!
@@George-dy3pt - Depends, if I could ever see something finished, I might give it a thumbs up.
I like what he's done to the T-bird, so far.
It’s only original once!
Why dont you do it up then auction it off
Yep, just like virginity.
That sure is a beautiful as is. hope it doesn't go to surgery. It also sounds great. O would happily drive around as is every day.
What a beautiful car! I wouldn’t drive it home, I would trailer it.
I figured you would have learned your lesson. A mechanical ability is required for older vehicles. Be sure to check them body mounts.
Kkkkk, no way
i wouldnt even consider driving that home, this time of year. buy it and go back out after winter is done !
If it was summer time I would say go for it but this time of year I don't think I would try it
The 58 impala is the car to have
Yes.
Both beautifull cars.❤ 17:19
Agreed~ Love the '58s
Worked for Toad.
I am quite sure that car IS original paint, there is no overspray anywhere!
I know I would be driving the sweetheart home if I was there, but I already have a Canadian built 1939 Packard 120. 🤗
Your humility and hard work make your channel stand out. Well done.
Hey guy's! If the price is right grab it and drive her home, company for the Hudson! Maybe have an Olds-Huds set of twins come spring! lol Miss my Fina girl!
Absolutely stunning!
Chads Contribution to classic cars is reducing the number of survivor cars so it increases the value of the remaining originals out there.
True~ In some ways it's sad,imho
Well u buy it then... talk is cheap
Add it to your collection like it is. It’s not going go down in price. Good investment but wait we don’t know the price yet.
1934 Oldsmobile is Just Crazy Awesome!
Some cars should stay orginal if nice and clean. Can enjoy eathet way, custom or original. Love the 30s, you'r call my friend.
That car is amazing
I have enjoyed your videos and learned some. You are very creative and skilled. However I think your talents are better served making something from nothing than from changing what are pretty complete and cool originals.
I would leave it there. Plenty of work in the shop and a lack of storage space make this a no go.
That one beats a airline ride to Australia. That's a rare one! No chopping that one no sir!
It’s been rebuilt, it’s a good job
Awesome ride take her home.... ✌️🙂
That 58 impala is the same as the one I had as a teen in the 60's. Mine was a 6 cyl and three on the tree...Lots of memories seeing this one.
Not in the winter with those tires!
Loo ks great Make sure the heater works
Buy it , just leave it the way it is!!
Only buy it if makes you happy😊
What a beauty - couldn't hardly pass that one up ... :)
that Oldsmobile is super nice and clean! be a cool sleeper with something like a 330ci or 425 rocket from the mid 60s. but then you'd have to upgrade those rear tires. and you know where it goes from there =)
WOW! What a beautiful car!!!!
Yes, buy it
Derick from Vice Grip Garage would drive it home LOL
Not likely 3000 miles
Nice looking car if chad can get it for his price but the seller is playing hardball on his price
Hell yes drive that bad boy home
Put her in an enclosed 24 ft U Haul and drive he home. Most the the trucks are automatic transmissions so Jolene could share the driving
If you do buy it check all body mounts ar3 on go over the car to make sure you are happy
Yep, borrow a rug and have a good look under it. We remember the '47 Ford V8 fiasco.
Two you did not go there ??
If it's as nice as it looks, buy and enjoy, you have the time
Dont do it Chad, you'll cut it up and its too nice for that.
I guess what first comes to mind ( Penelope pitstop)
Amazing condition classic car ❤
Beautiful car
Buy buy buy !!!don’t chop !!! Upgrade !!! Don’t paint ❤❤
Awesome looking car !!!!!
The best thing for this car is to keep Chad away from it.
Just gut the interior, strip the paint, chop it, pull the engine and put it into the corner for a few years...🫣😖🤨
if you get please don't chop it.
That is proper anthill mob 👌 get it

I recon Al Capone hid that Car but forgot about it ! 🇦🇺
Happy Friday yall, let’s drive that olds home Chad

How’s the heater working. Better not
Man if that car doesn’t say take me home!? None of them will! Cause that is a Pearl right there! Lord wish I could find cars in this shape.
I gotta say us Canadians are a resilient bunch. You can make it happen Chad.
THe car is cryin, no daddy dont sell me that man will chop me, please daddy
He needs to leave it alone and preserve it, he should just stick to customizing stuff from the wrecking yard.
Oh No an extremely "Rare" don't sell it to Bad Chad as he will ruin it forever with a chop and other butchery. This extremely rare OLDSMOBILE deserves to live on as is. Not sure but this one might be the last REO before being GM ized.
Wow what a beautiful car yes indeed I'd buy it😊
Bet he chops it, destroying a historic vehicle forever. 😮
Hello everyone thanks for your tour around the place take care on your way home cheers everyone blessings from far north Queensland Australia 🇦🇺 😊
Shinny causes stress!
WOW. Needs to give Chad a deal. He is eating up the camera. Worth a ton to show his stuff.
Yes, buy this beauty and do not chop it. Enjoy the journey!!
That is the sadness of so much of what he buys.
If you buy please don't chop, do as he was going to. Put v8, auto Trans and rear-end in it.. Then drive and show.
@@chrisallen2005 DONT WATCH THEN! GO WATCH YOUR PEBBLE BEACH UPPITY YUPPIES! YOU ARE NOT A HOT RODDER!
Dude, You have to buy that!!! That car is awesome.
I have to admit, I have liked watching the adventure specials. Visiting barn finds, private collections and shows has been a really cool past couple of weeks of content that I would like to see more of.
Purchase this and drive it home you guys, what great memories you will make 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It's beautiful and I wouldn't chop it. Keep it stock
Only if it is “certified” and “rust free”!
Great car. Long trip

Yes absolutely and I haven't even watch the vid yet ...fell in love with it in the trailer last video 😎
Oldsmobiles are my favourite cars. My all time favourite car was a 1964 Oldsmobile Starfire convertible! Sure wish I still had it!
Nice car , if you don't buy it , tell us what he wants for it , I really like it.
Nice cars Chad and Jolene 👍👍
Definitely buy it or regret it later !!!
Offer 30, if it drives you home, 25 if it,s a tow away, nice ride. A keeper for sure.
Buy it, pick up some oil, plugs, and some tools.
Derek from Vise grip would already be driving g after he checks the wheel bearing.
You can’t go wrong with suicide doors. She’s a looker. Gorgeous car. I’d drive it with pride.
That guy is clever enough to know when to change something and when to keep it original.
Simple trade of the Olds for paint work for the chev.
If Chad buys it the first thing he’ll do is chop the thing. He should change his name to Bad Chad Chop.
More like Bad Chop Chad
@@jimk7882 What are you talking about? His chops are the best there is!
Na not “ Bad Chad Chop” more like “ Bad For Cars Chad “
A nice confident proud seller. All my dad's runners have lawn chairs in the trunk.
Don’t be afraid of an adventure. If I had the cash I’d snatch it up.
Good time to buy. No construction on the transcanada Hwy yet.
Make sure you look under this one before you buy chad, selling always have a good opinion of what they are selling. It’s up to the buyer to check thoroughly and make a good decision. Then don’t moan afterwards
If I was there and had the money I would buy it and drive it as is. Too cool to mess around with (and I love hot rods and customs).
Chad, you find em. That's super looking. That would be such a nice backroad cruiser.
If it has a heater buy it and drive it home. I like it when you you and Jolene drive them home Todd. Not don’t in my mind it will make an interesting story.
That 58 Impala is an easy 6 digit car in the States
It's a really cool car, but how's the heater running. It still the month of March.
Considering it’s winter, only if you tow it home in an enclosed trailer!
Chad, Radio Shack is now called " The Source " They are still around.
Radio Shack still exists, I think they are bringing them back in some form.
LIES
is now the Source
Put it back in the trailer, buy the trailer and the car , trade in the rental for a truck, and tow it home baby
Yes as a matter fact there are still RadioShack stores around we have one in my town
Ashtabula Ohio
I do know there is a Radio Shack in Colville, Washington too !
😂no chop, Al Capone staff car, Classic Cool...
It's a nice car, a survivor in apparently good condition. ☑
It's up to you whether to buy it or not, but if you want it I think it's better to get it in the summer 🌞
If you are going to cut it up leave it but don't touch it yes and enjoy it
it could be quite the adventure. not sure i would want to do it this time of year though.
