Mate im in a crucial moment in my life were i gone from 35 way overweight, pain all over the body chest pain high cholesterol and blood pressure... Headaches knee pain, breathing trouble.... Last 6 months perfect diet under control, gym 2ce a week and home work out every night... but ive really seen results for fat burning because i started boxing once a week with a private coach from cuba, and also shadow boxing each night with my home work outs. so keep these videos coming they are great! All health problems have almost disappeared
Holy cow was the side plank hard. Just holding it without raising the leg was tough. After about 5 seconds I pushed myself to raise the leg. A few inches was all I could do. Incredible how far your able to raise that leg.

I never done boxing before but i started to get fascinated by it, thanks to your tutorials; you have a nice way to explain everything and you put people at ease....sometime you walk into a gym for the first time and the more experienced and skilled athletes make you feel like an alien, and for this very reason lots of newcomers don't last long. Hi Tony excellent video. so, this workout is designed to burn fat, tone muscle and build endurance? I've seen a lot of videos of boxers doing workouts like this obviously it works. Consistency and a good diet helps. Calisthenics have ALWAYS been a great exercise to get in and stay in shape. That's why the military has used them for years. Appreciate how you break in down for us and yes I personally would like to see more videos like this. Thank you so much Tony.

If baffles me how many skinny people exist with love handles. I'm one of them and it seems like nothing ever got rid of them no matter the type of training. I'm definitely going to try this method next.
Hey Tony quick question. When Boxing wouldn't it be better to inhale with your mouth and exhale through your nose to avoid blowing your mouth guard out during a fight? I noticed you did the opposite so was just curious. Thank you!
One thing should be clear; you CANNOT spot target fat removal. The only way to lose love handles, belly fat, any of it, is overall by adopting a healthy lifestyle

Great video Tony! I've been following your videos for the last month and these are fantastic tips. I picked myself up a heavy bag, 16oz gloves and a sauna suit for my home workout. I started a diet a few weeks ago of fasting for 16hrs, then in the other 8hrs eat two meals a day, which is about 800-1000 cals. If I do this routine and then some bag work, would that be enough to lose weight? Also, what is the best way to monitor your calories?

Word to the wise, those 'love handles' don't go away until you change your diet and other lifestyle factors. The movement part is only a small portion.
I love Tony's boxing videos, but I think this is a situation where he needs to stay in his own lane. He either isn't quite grasping the concept here, or he's just being a little dishonest and using clickbait to attract viewers. He acknowledges that you can't target fat loss but then continues to show an oblique workout in order to 'lose your love handles", so I'm not quite sure

Holy cow was the side plank hard. Just holding it without raising the leg was tough. After about 5 seconds I pushed myself to raise the leg.
