Cane sword disguised as candy cane.
Blade made of 15n20 and k720 twist pattern damascus.
Cane made of hard wood and MDF coated in fiber-glass and filled with automotive bondo.

As a 38 yr old who has to use a cane most of the time, i would definitely use this beast. The problem is that most cane swords suck. This one lools amazing
Check your local laws. Some jurisdictions consider a sword cane an illegal concealed weapon.

Hahaha on the screen you are looking at will only show bright White. It is not the same as actually welding. Dose it hurt your eyes when a white background is shown, no. But believe what you want but just think about it.

I understand that it was reinforced carbon fiber wrap but I think the handle hook should have still either had a solid core insert through the entire arch or been crafted out of something other than fiber board... Fiberwrap will flex when drawing the blade... but the HDF will not... its just a matter of time before that handle brakes at the one of the wrap seams.
I agree, this beautiful work of art needs to be passed down for generations. The handle being the weakest link makes me worry

Gorgeous cane sword, cool candy cane look. I was impressed with the fiberglass overlay to give added strength to the sheath and handle. Loved the Damascus pattern weld blade. I use a cane for walking long distances, but with my state's law's. That would make me a criminal if I used it to walk around in public. I can own it, but not use it. Kind of silly to me.

1:50 PLEASE RTFM for your band saw! Lower the vertical blade guide to just above the work piece. The help prevent blade deflection while cutting.
