    Morning kseny! Loved the stretch and mindful breathing! I have such tightness in one of glutes. This exercise really helped as well as the breathing for calmness. Happy friday!😁😁🐶🐶

    This lovely simple routine was perfect for this morning 🥰 it gently targeted 3 tricky areas for me and the pacing was incredibly relaxed to suit another tricky area......my brain 😊 Thank you so much xx PS as always, I love the beautiful view behind 🌞

      @@qigongwithkseny True. The only one I find tricky is 'sway head shake tail', cos it requires quite a bit of coordination. Also, I've seen the last brocade - bouncing on heels - practiced both with feet hips-width apart, and together.. but am guessing it makes little difference which, would you agree?
