What are the parts you used, mainly trigger and bolt carrier group? I had similar issues when using a JP Enterprise BCG with a Timney trigger. Apparently these parts don't cooperate too well.
OK, with your 9mm, you're not showing anything. Did you have light primer strikes, failure to eject, etc. Also, the. My 1st build I had no problems what so ever other than one that nobody ever shows jhp. Now, when you send those through, I like to see that video. No hate, but any gun will eat FMJ, and with all the fancy stuff you got, you had more issues than I ever had. I never had any of those failures other than it won't eat holow points IJS
So the problem was the trybe defense barrel. The cone profile was off (so I'm told). I switched out the barrel with an aero precision barrel with a wider feed cone. Issue resolved.
@M3K Tactical your going to have possible problems with them as well. 9mm barrels don't have feed ramps. It will reses the bullet in the case on Jhp rounds check and / or ask about their feed ramps on their barrels if you plan to use it as a home defense truck gun, etc. If not, you will only be able to use FMJ on dedicated 9mm lowers or use an AR15 magazine adapter. Just FYI. Things I have tried don't work thus far for me, at least. But as fas as my 1st building, 9mm, not ONE problem other than JHP feeding issues. Stage 3 on feeding issues for JHP is in the works. Also, you may have to tune your pistol, and it possibly was not the barrel itself. Bolt bounce will cause miss feeding as well. I do a lot of my own work thus far. I have had one pistol that refused to work, and it was totally factory pistol. Sent it to a gunsmith and everything and ended up fixing it myself.

That is not the reason. As a matter of fact, the ATF has gone back and forth about the issue. The latest move by the ATF isn't because people are shouldering their pistols, hell, it would be irresponsible not to. It is because the ATF has become politicized. AND I hope you go by Garand Thumb and Demolition Ranch's UA-cam comment section and make a comment like this in their comments section. I bet the responses you get from others won't be as kind as this one

Externals are all aero precision. The barrel is trybe defense.

Not specifically. I was using a trybe defense barrel which is a decent barrel but I suspect it is the barrel feeding cone's profile causing the issue.
Also lube your weapon.

This is why ATF is making pistol braces illegal, everybody wants to make a video shooting their AR pistol while shouldering the pistol brace
