Oh, Annie. Most of us out here have so so many insecurities...mine is everything to do with aging...skin, hair, it all goes down hill no matter how much you fight it! My positives about myself are my love and support for animals worldwide and my ability to juggle 2 jobs and 5 cats and still keep my house beautiful!
Hi Annie! I'd love you make a video about discipline in your life 'cause you seem like a very commited person with loving yourself, taking care of every part of your true self i mean physical, mental and spiritually. What are your thoughts about that?, How can you just wake up in the morning and have a routine and do it all over again? What is that you feel or saying yourself or reminding to acomplish your goals?. Thank you, you are a beautiful soul! ❤ Hugs from Mexico!
"Not one part of a woman’s body is left untouched or unaltered, no feature or extremity is spared the art or pain of improvement: Hair is dyed, lacquered, straightened, permanented, eyebrows are plucked, pencilled, dyed, eyes are lined, mascara’d, shadowed, lashes are curled or false. From head to toe every feature of a woman’s face, every section of her body is subject to modification and alteration." - Andrea Dworkin
As my fabulous flamboyant hairdresser once told me "Honey, a chicken gets plucked, eyebrows are tweezed". He also said "Your face, hair, & outfit are how you say hello to the world without words. Make sure you're always making a statement". I always loved hearing him talk 😊
thank you so much for sharing this, annie. i have the same exact insecurity with my chest and it's so comforting to hear you discuss it openly. you are so beautiful inside and out! i've loved watching you from the beginning and continue growing in your life.
Hello sweet Annie!! I've spent years of finding imperfections on my body, actually i liked nothing on me but then i said to myself that i had to stop because it's something i couldn't change and it was time to free myself from these thoughts and appreciate the body nature and God gave me! I'm 38 and i feel better than ever!! Thank you for the positivity you spread and hope a little baby to come soon!!! Greetings from Greece!
Annie can you please do a video about your nail routines? Everything we Need to know about your nails !! Please I am dying to know all about your nails . You share everything else with us and I would just love to know all about your gorgeous nails
sabriele try CND Shellac nude knickers. I bought it years ago after her mentioning it, and it looks exactly like what’s one her nails now, and I’d bet it’s the same :). It’s a gel polish. She did say in the body care video that she does acrylic nails and then gel polish on top!
I am totally in love with your make up here Annie. The warm color palette of gold, bronze and nude and light orange compliments your glowy skin so well. You are beautiful and radiant.
Annie, can you please share with us how do plan and do your grocery shopping ? You always seem to have a variety of healthy food at home, was wondering how do you stay on top of that :) Greetings from Poland !
i just want to say THANK YOU for being so much more open and truly sharing from your heart in your newer videos. it feels wonderful as a viewer to feel so personally connected with you. your bike to me looks like a beautiful french lady.
Have been watching your videos for 4+ years now and they always leave me feeling so inspired and positive! You have such beautiful energy. I also have trouble with my lumbar spine (likely an injury from barre) and Pilates is the only exercise that has been approved by my PT - Strengthening my core has made such a difference in my back pain. Thanks for sharing 💕
Dear Annie! I thank you again for inspiration! I've been through some health problems recently and it shook me greatly and now I'm trying to get back on track. Your video just came right in time with great suggestions for pilates and yoga workouts! And it's always such a delight to see how you go through the day and it's so good that you share your personal feelings. You're amazing! Lots of love!
Thank you once again for being so open and honest. One might look at you and think you don't have a single insecurity because you truly are a stunningly beautiful woman. So thank you for that. I loved what you said about how we can easily get caught up in the appearance of our bodies and you really do have to stop yourself sometimes and smile at yourself in the mirror and give yourself some love instead of negativity. Making healthy choices and practicing mind, body, spirit connection really helps with that. Can't wait for the next video - dying to try the Thai massage.
I respect you so much for opening up about your insecurities about your chest. Also sooo happy for you to hear that you think about babies:) You are such a gorgeous person, inside and out
Yes Annie I’m 8 months postpartum and breast feeding still and my chest has changed dramatically Stretch marks and everything but I don’t care anymore as I have provided food for my beautiful boy and it truly is rewarding 💞 hope you’re well xx
dear Annie, I''ve been watching your videos for almost 7years now. You help me stay motivated and feel self worth. You tought me that little things in life can make me very happy, when everything else is going wrong. Thank you for your positive, patient, funny and motivational vides. I would also like to know which foundation do you use. Your skin is very glowy :) lots of love
Push ups, Annie. Just 10 a day on your knees, for the chest. It'll make a huge difference, will keep the muscles firm on the decollaté. I'm on DAY224 and didn't really "push" it, just eased into it. After a while it'll not be so challenging. I started with 4 only but with perfect form. Now, I do 10 every evening before bed, with a 1,5 min Plank. Just before sleeping in your pj's. Easy & effective. CONSISTENCY is what the body reacts to more than anything in this world. You look beautiful, worry is actually the worst. The frequency of worry does the most damage on the skin. xx...
Ps. actually CALLANETICS keeps the skin the firmest. It's from my Mom's time back in the day, but boy did it help my skin stay firm all my life. YOGA & CALLANETICS keep the skin the tightest. (I have a good ol' DVD.) It saved me. It trains the UNDERLYING muscles. You'll lose centimeters, not necessary 'weight'. I never had problem with my skin and my weight did, too, fluctuate 3 or 4 times... but also, I actually TALK the highest about my skin. Vibration is everything. WHERE THE MIND GOES, THE BODY HAS TO. X
marwa lassoued - not necessarily "bigger" but firm. The muscle underneath is going to be stronger so the whole area lifts. It is very simple exercise. I never been without it, so I wouldn't know. I also do Arm & Shoulder Exercises, 7 min, which strengthens the entire upper area. (I put link below for you.) You can also use a PILATES RING. Press it 20 to 30 times together in front of your chest gently and do it every day. Or, just simply the palm of your hands if you don't have the ring. Again, consistency is what the muscle will react to. No need to go rushing like a mad dog. I like what this girl does towards the end (as I shared this last week on Annie's video as well). Extremely effective. I use the ring, it'll make a difference. This lesson is a bliss, I call it my SANTORINI PILATES exercise. I do different ones every day. The scenery is stunning and in just 6 weeks you actually going to start to "look like her", toned and defined, but you aim to SHAPE YOUR SHAPE, not to look like someone else. I love Targeted Exercises. They work like magic and can be incorporated into your days easily. xx.. • Santorini Pilates (without voice-over): ua-cam.com/video/GAKmUakdIfU/v-deo.html&list=PLPk3_utBH8gehsperRSodDwASC6kXxx1e&index=67 • Arm & Shoulder Conditioning (to lift and strengthen, which again will firm up the decollaté), this is specifically for Boxing with the famous Australian 3-times World Champ, Jeff Fenech, I train with him for 5 years, this 7 min is life-changing, your FITNESS LEVEL won't improve 10 or 20%, it'll be 200%: ua-cam.com/video/oVRDcGT37Ys/v-deo.html&list=PLPk3_utBH8gehsperRSodDwASC6kXxx1e&index=2
This was truly inspirational. I love that you keep posting such personal videos and your knowledge is so beautiful. It actually has pushed me to be kind to myself and others and generate better energy. I am a very negative person and lash out too often. I work a 9-5 office job and I struggle to find a routine that will kick start my health routine. I've signed up for Pilates at my gym because of the good benefits it has to your body and posture. Thank you for your videos! I love them!
Dear Annie, thank you so so much for being so open and authentic and true. This video and talking about your insecurities made me think about how everyone of us is just a normal person with hopes and fears. So my insecurity is the cellulite on my legs, and the loose skin, and 3 things i like about myself are my big round eyes and huge eyelashes, my toned arms and shoulders and flat tummy, and my shiny hair 🧡🧡Big kisses to you and keep giving us great content. You are beautiful and a lovely person xxx
I have the same issue with my breast.. and having lost about 10kg lately it’s got even worse.. but I’m learning to accept that and embrace this change. Thank you for your positive vibes Annie ❤️
Thanks for sharing with us that honest story Annie. I know it is totally your decision regarding the surgery, but I really hope that you won't go through with it. You are gorgeous, just as you are. And it looks like you are a very healthy person who treasures your health, I am no health expert here, but I'd imagine any surgeries come with risk during and after (when you age). You already have your health, and you are beautiful and mesmerising, you don't need it. My mum had cancer and before that she always had health issues. When you see someone goes through that, just having a good health and body is such a blessing as it is. Saying that, if you believe that you would love your body more after some adjustments, you should go for it. I am just very impressed that you share that very personal story. Good luck Annie!
I feel insecure about my lower belly but I am working on it as well by exercising, loving myself and eating healthy. and also not going crazy about how I look, life is more than working so hard to look a certain way. we should enjoy life for what is is :) 3 things I love about myself: my smile, my eyes, and my strength (physical and mental)
I am in the same situation. I have some problems with my spine, not very bad, but I know I don't have core strength. My muscles are shaking when I do abs. I am fit and have lots of muscle, even on my abs, but no strength there. As you, I have decided to go more to pilates. I find some Reformer Pilates classes and I really enjoy them :) you are gorgeous!
Hi Annie, one thing I am super insecure about is my tummy area, I find it disastrous and would love a tummy tuck, but am realising that healthy eating and exercise will help me hopefully overcome this. The Three things that I am learning to love about my body are my legs, they are strong, my hair because I at last managed to grow it out healthy, and the third thing that I love about my body are my eyes as well. Thank you Annie for reminding me how much we can overcome if we only try to think more positively. The Three things that I like about myself is my ability to stick with it to be persistent, I have a great imagination and love to write, and I am good at helping people. 🌸💜🌸🤗🌞🤗🌺🌷🌺💜🌸💜
I too have lost a tremendous amount of weight, loose skin around my tummy. You said you would love to hear three things we love about ourselves so I am going to list them 1.) My past has been my greatest teacher 2.) My will to help 3.) My constant thirst for knowledge especially in beauty. Thanks for you Annie your video collection is quite unique, and quite full of knowledge. I am watching all of them....lol
This is one of my favourite videos you have done! You are such an inspiration and your honesty is very refreshing in a world where people tend to be silent about their insecurities and their problems. Thank you for who you are! Keep it up :)
Looooveee your vlogs!! and that you're posting more often!! :) You're a huge inspiration to me! I love that you're sharing more personal things and including us more in your personal life!! xxxx from Argentina!
Hi Annie. You've given me a brand new outlet towards life. I find myself eagerly waiting for your videos lately. It's been great getting to know you a little and knowing the fact that a fabulous person like you (inside and out) also has insecurities. It just ensures my faith in the fact that it's ok to be imperfect in the world and still love yourself and take care of yourself. :)
I have the same insecurity with my breasts... I lost 60 lbs in 2014 and didn’t realize that would be one of things that came with it. I have tried all of the push-up methods etc, but extra skin is extra skin. I didn’t realize the process to make them firmer was so difficult, but happy you talked about it!! I too don’t want implants, rather a lift and tighten. Thanks for sharing :)
I have watched you for years!!! And never picked up that your chest would be an insecurity, you really look fantastic as you are! If you are happy to get the surgery then that is all that matters, but waiting until after babies may be best. I can’t wait until you are a mum too!!! 🤗👶🏽
Thanks for sharing Annie. Surgery and the risks are so scary. I personally think the possible complications are just not worth putting my health or life at risk but i know everyone has to educate themselves and weigh that up for themselves. Especially women are so hard on ourselves. Maybe after having children you may even learn to love your chest and whole body for the amazing miracles it can perform and create. xx
I am 33 and breastfed all 4 of my kids and then chose to get modest breast implants after. I was less than an A cup after breastfeeding and felt insecure. I know it’s a personal decision to have cosmetic surgery and is not for everyone. But just wanted to tell you I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and feel much more confident and more like myself since getting the implants. If you choose to have the surgery after having babies there is nothing wrong with that! Best wishes!
As a first time mommy I never thought I would love breastfeeding as much as I do! It’s the best experience ever! However, it definitely changes.... things lol but it’s so worth it! So glad you touched on this 💕💕💕 LOVE your personal vlogs! Keep me coming 😊
Hi Annie, Im so glad to hear your doing Pilates. It’s also very encouraging for me to hear it was recommended to you for your spine and core. I’m starting Pilates therapy tomorrow😊. Im scared but very excited at the same time. I’m a cancer patient and have had 2 bone marrow transplants. My body rejected my donor which caused my body to attack its self giving me many many complications. One is all my joints, connective tissues all started hardening. It started in my wrist then it moved pretty fast to hardening my whole body completely where I couldn’t move at all. It was like I drank cement and it hardened inside me. I had so much anxiety because I felt trapped. Not to mention depression. I would lay there and cry thinking I just have to move my leg or my arm....just a lot bit...I just can’t be in this position anymore... please god just let me move for second. To speed this up, 3 1/2 years I was completely bedridden not able to move. In diapers, had to be fed, bathed, it was so hard just to get clothing on me because I couldn’t bend anything. Also because ai was in a hospital bed my body hardened in a slightly sitting up position so I couldn’t even lay down. Could go to dr appts. because the shape of my body wouldn’t bend to sit in the car. Then all the bedsores I encountered is another whole story. Anyway, one day god answered me! miracle happened and I was able to wiggle my toes😊It all started from there and little by little I started getting some movement. It’s been 2 1/2 years now and I can now get up and walk with a walker. I’m still very hardened but I can at least move some. With everything I’ve gone through and then being bedridden almost 6 years now my core muscle are pretty much non existent. I can’t even hold my torso up. When I’m up I’m completely bent over in a 90degree angle. I want to be able to hold my torso up so so bad. It’s everything to me. So Ive bee reading how Pilates is so good for core strength. I was trying to figure out if because of my lack of movement would I be able to do any of the exercises enough to benefit. In my research I came across a Pilates/physical therapy studio. I was so excited. They told me they work with a lot of MS patients so they know how to use Pilates in a Physical therapy way to help make progress. I’m so excited! I know it’s going to be really hard and probably will have some down moments when I cant do things but if it means being able to hold my torso up I will do anything! Hearing you speak about your core and how you need to strengthen it but didn’t do Pilates for awhile out of knowing it was going to be hard/challenging but your now doing it helps me! I don’t know you personally but you really are someone special in my life. You encourage me, you relax me, you make me smile. Your an incredible person Annie. I really wish I could meet you some day😘
Annie!!! Im so excited to see you posting more often. You're quickly becoming a huge source of inspiration for me and I find that I can't click your videos fast enough to watch! Thank you so much for sharing your light 100% honestly with us! (I got a boob job and no regrets! Mine are still very small, but when you do something totally for yourself its hard to go wrong. Follow your intuition, babe!)
I truly enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work! I am much older than you and find that I’ve learned a great deal from your videos on self care and setting intentions on how to live my best life every day. I have not stop listening to “What I Know For Sure” since you recommended the book. Thank you so much for being you, BTW... I had the same insecurities of my breast/chest. Wait until after you have your children. . Namaste!
Hiiii, since everybody is sharing their insecurities I'm also going to share mine... I hate my nose. Like I really really hate it. It it very long and there is a hump on the nasal bone. Im thinking about it like 15 times a day and I'm afraid to even show my side profile to people. It really bothers me because I just can't stop worrying about it. I'm constantly thinking about a nose job but I am too afraid of what other people would think about it. Since I've began watching your videos it helps me a little to accept myself and be happy the way I am. Well that was my insecurity... Euhmm... Have I nice day everyone! 💕
Annie, I gone through a similar thing. After having my kids my stomach has never looked as tight as it was. I struggle with loose skin in that area. I Try to accept my body and what I do is to eat healthy and work my tummy area doing lots ofs abs, need to put some muscle instead it looks better. have a beautiful day, you will be a good mum for sure
I have similar issues with my spine and posture and I've been doing pilates for about 6 months and have noticed a HUGE difference in my core strength and posture! Keep at it, you will really start to notice a big change all over your body but especially your core :-)
just finished watching! I've been really trying to get up at 5 now! I've been doing it for 2 weeks now and it's just starting to get easier. I love that time I have for myself to be at peace and write my thoughts and feelings down in my journal. this morning I wrote in it outside and it was so beautiful watching the sun rise! Thank you for being you and posting these beautiful real videos! You inspire me so much and I get so excited to see your accomplishments
I am really enjoying being a part of your vlog journey and really love seeing your more raw moments! It takes great courage to open up like that to one person, let alone to the whole world. You are a very brave and inspiring woman! I think it's wonderful that you and Mo are planning on having a baby and that you would like to breastfeed your child. Breastfeeding is the best thing which you can do for your baby's immune health, neurological development, your bond to your child, your child's socio-emotional development and also for yourself as a mother. It's truly a beautiful thing! An absolute gift, if you are able to produce milk. I do not have many insecurities, which seems so odd to admit because I suffered from anorexia nervosa for a long long time, but I feel insecure about my skin. I developed acne when I was 23 and am slowly, slowly beginning to see it clear up buuuuut it has its teenage strop moments and likes to act out from time to time and sometimes for weeks on end. I know that we are born into a society which encourages us to be wholesome, yet to not love our bodies with all of its flaws. But I love my smile because it reaches up into my eyes and makes me feel so great. I love my eyes because they are green, just like my mother's and they change in their hew according to the seasons. I love my lungs (I know odd, but bare with me) because they allow me to sing, hold notes for a very long time, talk for hours on end, exercise and hold my breath under water. Self acceptance is a journey, which is quite bumpy but every beaten track has its beauty and everyone finds their way eventually! Lots of love from Germany xxx
Oh Annie!! I have the same insecurities with my chest also! But that’s because I’m a mom of two & skin stretch is what happens naturally after giving birth. So don’t feel alone :) I have just learned to accept the way they are now especially bc I can hide it with push up bras really well & thankfully my hubby still loves them just as much.☺️ So I don’t worry about it anymore. No one else sees them anyway. So I would recommend not doing anything even after having babies. Honestly they look pretty perfect to me & as long as Mo still appreciates them u are good girl!😁 As for three things I love about myself it would have to be my long eye lashes, my legs & perhaps my nails :) No one is perfect & we all have things we don’t like. Perfection is nothing but an illusion. Love u so much & stay positive as always. Love your spirit! Wish I could have a friend just like u!!❤️❤️❤️😘
you are such a pure soul and i've been following you for many years now without leaving a comment, so here it is! you are such an inspiration und make me wanna live my life to its fullest and healthiest! lots of love from Hamburg :)
I loved your honesty in this video!!! I have also been insecure about my chest, because I recently became a mom! Breastfeeding has been such a beautiful journey, but man does your body change 🙈 But, in line with sharing an insecurity and then three things I love about myself, I love that my body has done such a great job at nourishing my son! And even though I am still healing from birth, I love that my arms have become stronger from caring for my baby and I love my skin for providing comfort to my little one when he is upset. Annie, you are so beautiful and encouraging. Motherhood is so amazing, and even though your body changes, you learn to love you new self and I have been so grateful for my body and how hard it works to care for my son. Good luck to you in all your endeavors! You will be a wonderful mommy!
I had a breast lift done 10 yrs ago when my kids were older. After nursing them both for a total of 2 yrs and 5 month combined, and losing weight, I felt like I wanted that done. I have never regretted it.
“Buttercup” is what I’d name her. I love the movie Princess Bride. I have been watching Boho Beautiful and do different workouts with her and she’s got some great pilates workouts as well as yoga😊
Oh Annie! As you know, I've had a baby 17 months ago and it was the best day of my life... Along with pregnancy and birth came a whole bunch of insecurities because I gained a ridiculous amount of 20kg in 34 weeks (I had to have an emergency C section at 34 weeks).. So firstly, my insecurities were the crazy weight gain, the scars and boulders all over my face due to hormonal acne, the C-section scar and the stretch marks.. I felt like I totally lost myself through the process.. I have no regrets on becoming a mom, that's for sure! But by watching your videos, I quickly learned to appreciate myself and realized that life is way too short to feel uncomfortable in your own skin and so I decided to make a change and joined the gym with a personal trainer three times a week - gave up fizzy drinks and juices and settled for good old water and now, 17 months later, I've lost 18kg in a gradual, natural manner. With just 2kg left to get back to pre-pregnancy weight, I feel like my focus has shifted off my insecurities and I have now made peace and love my body.. Yeah, sure, I know what you mean about looser skin over the boobs because I have that too but in the end, we are all gonna end up as loose, saggy-skinned people entering the ground so the bigger picture is to enjoy every moment and make it all count while we still can.. I cannot wait to see you go through your pregnancy and childbirth journey!
Just a little tipp, because I'm using the same brand spinach: I think you want to wash it, because I have found some dirt in mine and I don't think it is prewashed or at least not washed well. I've had wired sandy tasting smoothies and it really ruins it.
I've been binge watching her videos all day today and she motivated me to be better, try harder, and put more effort to become the best version of myself❤ Subscribed!
My insecurity was definitely my chest, like yourself, and I had decided to get implants at the beginning of next year. Recently however I learned of a thing called breast implant illness and have decided I’d rather have my health and small breasts than take that risk. Now I’m doing my best to love my body as it is. Like you said, it’s something you work on changing or accepting and I’m so lucky to have my health! The things I love about myself are my compassion and empathy for others and my ability to make people smile 😊
Thank you for sharing Annie!! As a mommy of two and currently breastfeeding 🤱 my nine month old. Your breasts do change, and actually my breasts is something I have always felt confident about. I do see changes now with them but I really won’t know how they will be until I am completely done with breastfeeding but it’s part of the journey and I absolutely love the bond I have had with both of my daughters through breastfeeding. I was look forward to your videos! 💕👌🏽
Hi Annie, I love you so much! My insecurity is my weight, but I’m working on it... and the 3 things I love of myself is my hair, my skin and my personality 😊💕 thank you for being such an inspiration for me 😘
I loved the workout videos u posted in ur description! Would love to see some more recommandations who u like to watch, not only workout-wise but also just in general! xx
Hi Annie could you please share with us how you started getting up at 5 am everyday? I have been trying to wake up earlier for weeks and it has not been working out at all I switch off my alarms in my sleep sometimes because I am half asleep when it goes off and I really want to start getting up early. Also I cannot put my alarm in another room because of others sleeping in the house. Thanks so much!!
Hi Annie, you should try Pilates class led by a physiotherapist - their expertise is invaluable! I had a similar experience to you at a pilates class at my gym, but the physio led classes are amazing. They start slow but they really work on your technique so you feel amazing afterwards. :)
Hi Annie, thanks for another great video! Just wanted to send a little message to you and anyone else reading this to say that if you are planning on starting a family then it’s a really good idea to start taking pregnancy vitamins BEFORE you get pregnant. Make sure you take some with folic acid in, and obviously speak to your doctor if you have any questions or want further advice 😊👩🏻⚕️
I’ve been following you since the beginning and you’re honestly so inspiring - I’ve made so many lifestyle changes because of you and learned so much about self care! I love how frequently you’re posting; I always look forward to sitting down and watching your videos because there’s always takeaways from each video that I can’t wait to implement into my own lifestyle... KEEP IT UP ANNIE!!! 💕😁
I can definitely relate to your insecurities about your chest and stomach. I also lost weight, and they lost their firmness, and now their at their worst (Had a baby boy 4 months ago and are breastfeeding)- pregnancy and breastfeeding really has a big impact on your chest and of course on your stomach. It really gets to me sometimes, but I have to remind myself that it was for him and he really is so worth it. Our bodies are amazing. I won't rush myself to get back to my pre pregnancy size. I love my blue eyes, thick blonde hair and my legs.
@anniejaffrey I love how you have evolved in your videos from couple of years back. You are such a positive motivation. I appreciate you sharing your personal thoughts/experiences just wanted to let you know they are well received and make a massive impact. Loved your weight loss journey video.
Don't if you ever read this but thought id just go ahead and say how much I love your channel! you are so genuine and lovely! I really enjoyed this vlog of yours because you were so honest! Can't wait to see more videos xx
Annie you are so beautiful and look like you live such a luxurious life! Just your style and grace and elegance and the way you do your skin care even looks so luxurious. Very inspiring indeed! I hope you are having a beautiful day
You are going to be an amazing mother! Your such a great role model and just beautiful inside and out your glowing with happiness! I love watching your videos
Thank you, darling! You are so amazing! It is so nice to watch such video and feel you as a friend or sister, or soulmate 🙌🏼 Accepting your questions, so I do insecure in my stomach area and capillaries on my legs... but I do love my 1. Eyes 2. Smooth skin 3. Hair 😄🙂
Hi Annie!! I just finally got around finishing this video and I loved it! I’m totally going to start doing morning yoga 🧘♀️ I’m a first time mommy and I’m excited for you to be a mom too, it’s the best time of my life. Love you 😘
I love that you touched on having kids, I'm currently breastfeeding and it creates this unexplainable bond I love. I can't wait for you and mo to experience parenthood💘
You are so beautiful inside and out! I love that you’re able to see positives in situations and then continue to share that positivity to other people! I absolutely love your vlogs 🤗😍 xxx
I love the fact that you are opening up and you are showing other sides of your personality and life in general. Thank you for that! About the "boobs situation", yes you are so right. After I've lost a lot a weight my boobs just went smaller and smaller. I haven't had a lot to start with but when I started losing weight "that" was the first part that started to change and shrink. At the moment I don't have boobs but I've learned to accept myself the way I am. I am too scared to get a "boob job", I don't know why maybe because I am scared that I'm not going to like myself or that I'm not going to get used to them. If you want to "change" something in that area I definitely suggest you wait until you have babies, like you said because I heard that that specific part of our body changes a lot because of breastfeeding.
As a mom of a baby and a toddler I can tell you, you will look at your body in an other more respectful way after having given birth and nursed them, even thow it might be more imperfect than before. So good decision to wait!😍
Hi Annie, this was so inspiring! I've struggled with an insecurity about my chest as it is large in contrast to my smaller frame, but I work to embrace it and not compare to others. I love my eyes, smile, and freckles :) xx
Being a mom and experiencing what you did when I was younger, you should definitely wait. I got very large when I was pregnant and was able to breastfeed very well and then afterwards returned to my before which created even more insecurity. But we want to have another child so I am proud of what I have accomplished and plan to embrace myself until I am satisfied as a mother before I approach having surgery to assist with feeling like my chest sits at my belly button (lol). Appreciate your honesty!
You are so inspiring. I've watched you for years, since you first started YT. It's amazing to see you grow, thank you for sharing. The bike looks like a Betty to me.
Hi Annie. I’ve been watching you for many many many years now. Almost since the beginning of your UA-cam. And I have to say - your videos are better than ever ❤️. Im loving how you show so much more of your personality now. It’s so amazing seeing how kind and sweet you are! Before you opened up more I always thought your way different... Greetings from Nürnberg, GERMANY 🇩🇪 ❤️❤️❤️
I can relate with the chest part i lost 70lbs and my chest and arms are not firm and my baby is 13 days old and i breastfeed so i can relate. I may get surgery further in the future. I dont have any insecurity but i want to improve my body.
Annie you are so amazingly beautiful on the inside AND outside!! You truly are an extraordinary woman and such an inspiration to so many! Sending you lots of love and blessings :’)
How does she look so CLEAN ( it may sound weird but you know what I mean :-D)
tori_aga oh i definitely know what you mean!
Jajaja I know what you mean! I’m always saying “that person looks like they smell good” or also “that person looks like they stink”
I so agree with you- She always has that fresh, clean look & has such beautiful smooth skin!!
hahaha don't worry I get you lol its a good question lol, but she has extremely beautiful skin
Sunchica are people suppose to wash their clothes after buying them from stores ? 🤔
JaCk LO yes i would love this
Yes this would be very helpful for me too!
Thank you for being truthful, transparent, authentic, and vulnerable. God bless you, sweet angel 😇.
Can you do a laundry routine?? How do you keep your clothes so clean and white??? My white stuff gets so dirty
Yes, gets dingy and worn really quick.
This just made me so sad...but so true.
Me too :/ It's a hard but important thing to recognize.
I know. I love all things beauty. But, sometimes I have that moment of total awareness of how kind of sad and silly it all can be.
Everything we
Need to know about your nails !! Please I am dying to know all about your nails . You share everything else with us and I would just love to know all about your gorgeous nails
I NEED TO KNOW WHAT COLOUR THEY ARE ANNIE THEY ARE SO BEAUTIFUL omg I’ve asked so many times I’ve lost track
sabriele try CND Shellac nude knickers. I bought it years ago after her mentioning it, and it looks exactly like what’s one her nails now, and I’d bet it’s the same :). It’s a gel polish. She did say in the body care video that she does acrylic nails and then gel polish on top!
Ashley Linden omg omg omg THANK YOU OG VIEWER ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great one as usual.
So eagerly awaiting your apartment tour.
Thanks for opening up about your insecurities and for always ending the topics on a happy note. You are a person with good values! Thanks
When you get personal I feel that you get closer to us. You are an inspiration. Love you!
that's a good tip ! can this exercise make your boobs bigger?
marwa lassoued - not necessarily "bigger" but firm. They work like magic and can be incorporated into your days easily. xx..

• Arm & Shoulder Conditioning (to lift and strengthen, which again will firm up the decollaté), this is specifically for Boxing with the famous Australian 3-times World Champ, Jeff Fenech, I train with him for 5 years, this 7 min is life-changing, your FITNESS LEVEL won't improve 10 or 20%, it'll be 200%:

Stella Johnson thank you so much i will use your advice and watch your videos
Stella Johnson thank you for this!!
Thank you for your positive vibes Annie ❤️
had to pause and just say how warming it was to see your genuine desire to be a mom soon.. youll make an awesome mama!
Loved to see you without makeup, your skin is amazingly flawless, a real beauty 😍😍
I don’t know why but I’m obsessed with you from 4 years .. like every video is so inspiring and beautiful ♥️
Thank you so much!! Love you!!
How are you ALWAYS glowing! 😩❤️
Oh! And I'm insecure about my "thass" (where thigh and ass meet haha) but I love my hair, lips and eyes!
Annie dear, you have such a health and beautiful mindset! I think you are a perfect role model to everyone 💕
Love how you're opening up more been watching you for a long time and i feel like I know you a little better now 😘
Annie, I gone through a similar thing.
You shall name your bike Céline, because it looks so feminine and elegant.
Rékus_1986 i had the same idea...I think this would be the perfect name for the bike.
So strange I had the exact same thought as soon as I saw it!! ✨
That is the name that I thought of too. Feminine, elegant and so chic.
I feel like we all thought of the same name because like a few seconds earlier she mentioned she was wearing Celine sunglasses hahahaha
whoa! I thought of the same name while watching the video!!
Every time I watch your videos I’m inspired. You are amazing. Thank you for what you do, for your positivity which radiates to us all!
Love the more frequent uploads and that your opening up and showing your real self. thank you !
I love watching your vlogs. Apart from Lydia Elise Millen's Vlogs yours are my fave! Please keep on doing them!!!!
I watch Lydia too! Love Annie and Lydia! Check out Allana Davison from Canada, you will love her too.
Redouteshabby Same top 3 for me as well. Have a great day😊
But Lydia eats animals :( can’t support that. It’s sooo sad how blind many people are concerning ethical and environmental issues
I’m loving your hair pulled back in a bun like that. It really brings out your cheek bones. You are such a beautiful person💕
Would love to see some more recommandations who u like to watch, not only workout-wise but also just in general! xx
Danke!!! Du bist ein super Vorbild ! Danke für deine Inspiration und Meinung!!!
Your such a beautiful person from the inside as well from the outside, your the only You tube person that I admire, your just so honest 💕💕
You and mo are actually going to have the cutest babies 😍😍 i can only imagine
I can definitely relate to your insecurities about your chest and stomach. I also lost weight, and they lost their firmness, and now their at their worst (Had a baby boy 4 months ago and are breastfeeding)- pregnancy and breastfeeding really has a big impact on your chest and of course on your stomach. It really gets to me sometimes, but I have to remind myself that it was for him and he really is so worth it. Our bodies are amazing. I won't rush myself to get back to my pre pregnancy size. Thank you, darling! You are so amazing! It is so nice to watch such video and feel you as a friend or sister, or soulmate 🙌🏼
Accepting your questions, so I do insecure in my stomach area and capillaries on my legs... but I do love my 1. Eyes 2. Smooth skin 3. Hair 😄🙂
I like how you're being open and honest about your life and journey. LOVE the vlogs
Does anyone know what the song is when Annie does her Pilates @10:22 ? I love it but cannot find it :(
Absolutely love your vlogs, it’s so nice getting to know you on a more personal level. Your so inspiring and motivating.
Hi Annie, this was so inspiring! I've struggled with an insecurity about my chest as it is large in contrast to my smaller frame, but I work to embrace it and not compare to others. I love my eyes, smile, and freckles :) xx
Currently breastfeeding and yes girl, it is amazing! (Well first 3 months were hard). Best to wait on any surgeries. LOVING your videos!!
Really been loving your blogs recently! I love this side of you!
Omg yessss little Annmo babiessss! Love your vlogs and so proud of your for being so honest with us. Sending you good vibes!!
Every time I watch your vlogs, I feel soo inspired and motivated afterwards! Thank you so much, Annie
