For the low gravity twirling, I found that there's actually some timing involved to get maximum distance rather than just spamming the Z-trigger. If done right, you can negate nearly all fall-off in between twirls

I think that for the maintaining dash block speed it's just that yiu go faster when you long jump, not because you maintain speed. (i'm not absolutely sure)
Niche fact, but you can spin-wall-jump with any number of p-switches in a stack directly above you to raise them (1-block space between 2 walls shows this well)

If you cat slide attack into a horizontal entrance pipe, you go in the pipe, even if you let go of all the controls. Combine this information with the cat slide trick in the video however you want ;3c
You can do one-sided wall jumps in the sky night theme as well by twirling about three to five times. I made a level completely dedicated to that. No checkpoints. It’s short, but it’s an autoscroller.
If you drop something solid into a wall and have Mario or Luigi drop a solid item into a wall mario or Luigi can clip inside the block they drop into the wall.

You can use on off switches to pause a superball projectiles momentum and then make it continue forward
