- One of my favorite series on youtube is PJigggles' usless smash facts. That series inspired me to do something similar, excpet for super mario maker 2! So join me as I list off a bunch of random useless findings in supermario maker 2.

This is proof that Mario is high when he eats a mushroom. He “grows” but his weight stays the same. Either that or some of his organs disappear when he grows, which is another valid argument considering he’s taking an unknown substance.

Technically, bridges can overlap pipes. Therefore, the Smash bridges that were only 1 and 2 blocks are valid since they were hugging pipes. In game though, you could probably see the bridge inside the pipe.
The white semisolid one isn't useless, it can be used to collect a red coin from inside a saw circle

btw, why the heck do people know so much of sans? do people really think he is that hard? honestly, i have beaten ones that are way harder than sans.
Lol i literally took a test and less than 1/100 people even know where sans comes from. (That's five out of over five hundred people at my school.)

I actually have a somewhat interesting easter egg that I found recently. (I don't know if it was discovered before, but if is please let me know since I may be the first one who found it)
In the NSMBU Style, you can tap on your character, (Mario, Luigi, and the Toads,) while in Creation Mode, which makes them look at you. If you immediately use the eraser right behind them, they will look behind as if someone wanted their attention (it's pretty cute)
I knew that but did you know that u can do that in EVERY GAME OF MARIO MAKER? ( 3DS, Wii U, SANS)

I already knew about the blocks below spikes and solid stuff. You can even put a lot of blue lava lifts with the sfx that shake the screen in the same track so you can see the block during a long time

I think he means those two pixels when you hover over the semi-solid in build mode, you can even see it in the video, but it’s really clear in game.
Turn your brightness to the max then look real closely, you should see a pixel there.

The Mario Maker stage in smash is actually Mario Maker 1, and not 2, but it has slopes.

The stage in Smash Ultimate is a Mario Maker 1 stage, which explains why there are some inconsistencies between the stage and Mario Maker 2.

i discovered a small useless glitch where if you place a saw at the same place as a track, without the saw being on the track, then placing an item on it, then putting the saw on the track without letting go of it and then undoing, the saw will be confused as to which layer it is on, which causes any item on the track to seemingly flicker in the editor. it goes back to normal after it is reloaded. it seems to work with any item that can go on tracks, other than bosses. one use for it could be creating cursed thumbnails if you combine it, for example, with a large cannon.
Odyssey was released in 2017.

I have a useless fact that I found out myself which cannot be unheard.
When you're in build mode and you hear that weird sound effect when you place down blocks and such, it is just a distorted sound of someone saying what you placed down going along with the music. To best test this, place down key, p switch, ice block, or spike block. You'll hear it clearly
I know a useless fact: If you shake a block or hard block in the editor with the touch screen, they make a rattling sound. The block sounds like maracas, while the hard block sounds like... I don't know what it is

8:45 Boom Boom actually doesn't have the same icon in 3D World as in NSMBU, it's very hard to see, but the NSMBU icon for boom boom has spikes on his shell, while the 3D World icon doesn't
The fact that they bothered to make graphic for the blocks that forbid you from going over spikes and separate for each theme to boot really perplexes me. I mean, they could've made it invisible or have same graphic in each theme.
You are the first person in the entire world to point out that dry bones has a blue eye just like the funny meme skeleton

If the cloud blocks rly becomes an entity as soon as someone is standing on it, there will probably be a lot of cool things to do with the sprite limit :o
7:40 and also, sometimes this block likes to take the form of the block below it. Apparently, for slopes, it becomes terrain that slopes can connect to. (At least in the Super Mario World theme)

That Smash Ultimate stage was based off the original Mario Maker. Which was weirder at the time because it had even more discrepancies. (For instance, when that stage came out, there were still no slopes). Here's a fun fact: The remix of Mario Maker's theme was in Smash 4's files long before the stage (and I think Mario Maker) even came out.

If you place a Clatter sound effect on an On/Off Switch and then hit it in-game, you’ll hear a weird sound effect that kinda sounds like “wRoOp” or “zIrP”. I have no idea why this happens.

Fun fact. Using the coin corruption glitch to import a clear pipe to another game style, the ONLY other texture for the clear pipe is in super Mario world forest theme, but there is not a vertical texture
if clod blocks are global ground, then maybe the other blocks you mentioned could be global ground too! Though there is no known way of using this, mainly because other enemies and items can't interact with them.

The "SMB 1 Dry Bones = Sans" thing reminds me of the Dunkey video where he was playing an undertale themed level in SMM 1. He sees the dry bones and goes "Hey look, it's Sans!", and then immediately stomps it.
10:22, this may be an odd reference to how pipes can have bridges placed through them in SMM1 & 2, I say odd as it feels like a variant of the pipe stacking ability, which was patched out of SMM2.
When he said "Yoshi and Yoshi eggs, which make different sounds" I got the star Wars ad that says "we have you four to one"
If a yoshi eat a spike ball while a spike is about to throw it in smbu it still plays the sound effects of the spike ball
