11:50 Something like a Häfele Utility Hook, Ultrahold is a life changer when it comes to hanging brooms and such on a wall. I can't think a faster or neater way! A strong recommendation.
I am impressed with your perseverance. Taking the occasional break is important to keep motivated and keep it fun. I am happy to see that all aspects related to the track are growing.

We had no snow all year, then an all time record snowfall of 59" over two days at the start of Feb. and now there's no snow on the ground. The weather is nuts.

You should think about getting a good used kart if you’re going to have an adult class. They’re really a lot of fun. The Motorsport Park is looking better and better. Your track pickup is legit with the door logos.
I'd have to drive one once, or be around a karting event first. I honestly don't know a lot about karting, which is why I'm not "the guy" to promote it.
I crossed paths with a good guy that wants to bring it back, and I believe in him. It'll go the distance this Summer.

I'm very happy to see the track and property made it through another winter!~ That mild winter is just what you needed so there weren't any new issues to deal with, and it's looking good for 2024~ You're the coolest guy, and I'm happy for you and the track!~
You got that right. This mild winter was key to speeding up the clay drying process.

it was just this last weekend, they had no off roader youtubers teamed up with off roader youtubers to go up the trail. it was a blast@@Greenlightfilming
Get one of those "3000 lb. Load Handler Pickuptruck Unloader" for your truck, they are about $200. They really work well for using your pickuptruck as a poor man's dump truck. It works best over a plastic bedliner.

Believe it or not, we have almost zero mosquito issues at the track. Even when it was a full blown pond.
