Finding new trails and riding new lines in Duluth

- I made another trip up to Duluth to ride the Piedmont trails before the weather turns. The season is almost at a close and there are a few other places I do want to ride before it's too late. This might be the last ride I can get at Piedmont.

Been a couple years since I've been up to piedmont. Looks like they've done some good work. Thanks for showing us around.
It's a lot of fun and they have made some improvements. There is a lot of building going on.
Sweet ride, you were hitting those drops like a pro 👍🏼
Thanks! It was a fun ride.
Its super great how you posted this after I reviewed my 2018 video from here and your riding some of the same trails I rode and at same level. I need to get back here next year I think!! I'm pretty sure I've only been here once! :( Great time to review and plan for re-ride!!
Nice. That raised skinny at the beginning looks scary to me. Colors look about 50%. Pretty. Good ride. Thanks for sharing this with us.
That skinny is no joke. Balancing climbing up isn't easy.
@@BrianVaughn ya. Not for me. I face planted off Monty Python at burtram. Lucky I didn't break my neck.
Ouch. I have an old floor board I used to get better at skinnies.
@@BrianVaughn clever.
This is a great vid and great riding! Duluth is an area that I have just not put the effort in to get to but need to. I've probably said this before but I appreciate your approach especially on trails like this. I like to talk myself through things and always think I'm crazy.
Thanks. I do wonder if my style in videos hurts or helps. I think its good to see a realistic view of riding the trails.
@@BrianVaughn Personaly I think good. Its more of a realistic adventure!
Speaking of Duluth. Will be up there next week with some beginner riders. Any recommendations for some good intro trails to take them to?
Hartley and Mission Creek are very beginner friendly. Duluth Traverse is almost all green trails.
I second what Brian said. Mission creek is THE Place to go for all levels AND intro to Duluth! I'm amazed by how many haven't been there yet; but never surprised by how everyone whos ridden it that has swears its some of the best median=level riding in the Duluth area. Enjoy!
