    I notice I get stressed doing this type of meditation. Being aware of my limbs as instructed only makes me more aware of the instructors voice. Is this a common problem?

Dr. Halpern is focused on some other areas right now but he does often check in with the practitioners at our Healthcare Clinic and often provides guidance to certain cases.
