Sir Ed Davey will launch the Lib Dem manifesto today during a speech in north London.
The announcement will make the Lib Dems the first of the major parties to unveil their manifesto.
Sir Ed will then head to Thorpe Park, the Surrey-based theme park, for what is likely to be a stunt-filled visit providing ample photo opportunities for the press.
