We live in Panther Creek and can verify your info to be very accurate. We have NEVER had any flooding in our neighborhood. We feel very blessed to have chosen this area to live in. This lastest hurricane Beryl did not cause flooding, but did result in power outages. Overall, The Woodlands is the greatest!!!!!
