Stop procrastinating, when something seems like it will take a long time to do or it may be something I am not sure how to deal with, I move on to something else that is not so time consuming or difficult. I would like to stop procrastinating and deal with things head on.
More doing; Less over-planning; Start 2024 projects that did not get out of paper/ my head; Stop excessively watching how-to/ what-to videos and actually do things! 😊
1. Wake up earlier, go to bed earlier 2. Less time with the phone in the morning. 3. Start learning the new course and and get the license in the next three months. 4. Stop procrastinating and go meet the nature in the fist part of the day.
For the first time in my life I've decided to take closely care of myself physically and mentally, meaning resting more, eating fruits instead of sugary things, I've just started swimming and continuing pursuing my artistic dreams. Since that's a personal project for 2025 I'm confident it will last till the end. That's the changing point I'm living. Curiously the company I work for just called: "Can you work tomorrow for money?" Well tomorrow is Sunday and I'm supposed to be off so I said: "Sorry I already have something very important to take care", which is my vital refreshing time.
I want to read and write more. I want to less overthinking. I want stop scrolling on media for no purpose. I really want to be a productive and creative person who live the I want. I hope this year will be our year to change to be ourselves and our dreams come true.
I want to be more productive and procrastinate less.I want to focus on improving my Japanese and English speaking abilities.I want to sleep early and find a new job again .All the best for everyone.May your dreams come true.

if you realize. you have other options what can you do trought day. you can "do something differend". meaby i am dring coofee too early and if i start drinking coofee litle bit later at the morning, it do not touch on mi cirkadial cykle.
