      It does. Was dealing with a shoulder injury so this setup here is maximum shoulder comfort 😅

      These are the Mutant Metals Snap-Back Rollers. A few other companies make different versions of theses also, Rogue Fitness, Titan Fitness, Griffin Fitness & Bells of Steel to name a few

    How about just staying in your weight capabilities. I use my 6 rep max as a max. Remember people, you train for "YOU" , no one elses benefit! And trust me, when people say "What's your max" , i shrug and say "a bit" they never say, Thats it?"

      There’s nothing wrong with maxing out. If you don’t want to, that’s fine. But don’t set arbitrary limits on others to soothe your insecurities
