Love this! We got our home gym setup a few years ago and have slowly added a few things when we find something on FB Marketplace. We got most our stuff from PR Lifting which is basically Rogue but based in the PNW. We love it. My next project is doing a little remodel on the garage though to keep all the spiders out. I have too many eyes watching me right now 🕷️🕸️😅
Hi! I just bought your Hybrid ebook and am devouring it. One set of concepts I still fail to grasp is the difference (or lack thereof) between strength, endurance, hypertrophy. (Mostly I'm confused by strength vs. hypertrophy but the relationships between the three adds extra confusion.) If you were ever interested in putting out content focused on demystifying these I'd love it! And thanks for sharing your work with the masses!
I don’t have the space (or interest) to have any major gym stuff for my home, but I still really enjoyed this whole video. I have been thinking about getting some long resistance bands and a minimalist pull-up bar though. Obviously everyone can choose what they want/“need”, but I still think it’s helpful hearing your opinions on what’s useful vs unnecessary-but-nice-to-have, etc. and reasons why something might or might not be preferred.
I absolutely love your gym ❤. You have the perfect amount of quality equipment for your workout style. Which makes the gym very spacious. I hate working out in a congested gym. I don't think you have to buy anything special which you cannot do with ur current set up.
@@doclyssfitness 😀 I knew perfect Lower back, Glutes and Hamstring equipment was missing. But some people substitute with alright exercises. I've seen people obsessed, I mean really OBSESSED With GHD. You never use it. But once you started, you just fall in love with it. 😊

Agree! The only thing I’d want if I had the space would be a GHD/glute ham raise combo only because I love those but could live without it 😂💪🏻

If you choked the bands around the band pegs vs just wrapping them, you wouldn't completely deload them in the hole of your squat.
